The stuff are careless and rude the room was dirty

Location. Staff were great and very helpful.

It was what I expected in many wats but it was not very clean. There was trash and mattresses in the hallways. I checked out Friday and as of Sunday pm my security deposit has not been credited back.

Convenience to public transportation and an event I was attending.

Dirty, fixtures/furniture old and in poor condition, mold in bathrooms, hair on sheets, walls not painted in at least 20+ years. I saw a roach in the bathroom. The price is too high for what they offer. It's a gross place and it should not be advertised.

Nothing, everything was fine

Location, price point. Could get where I needed to be in 10 mins. Very close to transit and bike share. Loads of amazing food options nearby. Room itself was decent, comfy and felt safe and secure. Not amazingly luxurious but exactly what I needed.

A bit shabby, and the blind on the skylight was broken.

The location is excellent and safe with several bars and restaurants nearby. We stayed out very late most nights without fear or witnessing anything sketchy. The staff is very polite/nice and very helpful. This place is very budget friendly.

The beds were very hard. I thought I wouldn't mind a hard bed until I encountered this rock in disguise. The walls are thin as well as one morning we had neighbors outside talking in normal tones and it felt like they were in the room with us!

You could hear other rooms doors closing late at night, long maze walk to the room.

Need to enhance clean and WoFio connectivity. Then It must advertise about you need contact by tfno when arrive.

It was in a good location.

The image showed two beds and when we arrived there was only one bed. There was no reception desk. There was a mouse in the room.

staff were friendly

Some one opened our door from outside in the night. Complained with the manager. He asked us to keep a chair blocking the door. Did a one day early checkout because of the incident but they were not ready to give the refund.

Location

Not enough parking. I received a fine for parking in the wrong place on the street. The walls are thin, I could hear everything going on in the rooms around me. It's still under construction. It was the cheapest place I could find so I guess its relative

Property is a complete mess. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and I've never encountered one quite like this.

Located close to downtown Toronto, making it quick and easy to access major attractions.The staff were sufficient in terms of service, but lacked friendliness.

The room appears quite old, and the kitchen utensils were outdated and not clean. Heating was only available in the bathroom, which was insufficient to keep the room warm. Additionally, the tiled floor combined with the lack of slippers caused discomfort due to cold and cleanliness issues.

Very conveniently located. Great value considering the price. Let me spend most of my time on food and things to do, was rarely in the hotel room except for sleep and cleaning up. Shower worked great, clean towels provided, really cool skylight window in the bedroom that opens and closes. Bedsheets were clean, bed comfortable, and pillows soft. Had a fridge, microwave, and stove for late night leftovers. The privacy of our own room over a hostel seemed worth it to me and my travel partner. The price difference was negligible at best for two beds at a hostel vs sharing a bed here.

I feel like I got what I paid for and was happy with it.

Couch has a lot of crumbs, was not clean, so did not use it. Had a few stains on blanket
