Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

The staff attentiveness was best part of the hotel. The anesthetic of the hotel is similar to other Four Seasons. The indoor pool was a plus with kids. Close to the types of shops and restaurants that we frequent back home.

Location

Cost for Breakfast in Cafe Boulud was high.

The staff were wonderful from the time the door opened so we could exit our cab up until they opened the door to put us in our uber to leave for the airport. This hotel is in the shopping district all the high end shopping experiences you would need.

Nothing I didn¿t like.

Luxurious, great location, clean, and truly felt like royalty staying here.

They originally put my husband and I in a room with 2 beds when we specified at booking that we wanted 1 king. However, they were quick to resolve the issue.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The room was large, spacious, beautiful, bright and clean! My favorite part is that it's dog friendly!!!

Not that I can think! The only thing I would say is that when picking a hotel we wanted to be downtown and the site said it was downtown but it was in yorkdale which was about 15 min and we wanted to be able to walk to our destination which was not possib

The worst ever Four Seasons in the world!!!

The hotel has given me the worst room facing right in front of a construction site despite the fact that I’m a loyal customer of the Fpur Seasons. I did change to a quiet room the next day however during the change of room I have forgotten some memorable items in the drawer of my old room. When I try calling the front desk and ask them to locate my items they simply told me nothing was found! They didn’t even try to find it and simply told me nothing was found….. all in all very disappointed with the service. This is the worst Four Seasons Hotel ever and I won’t recommend it to anyone!!!

Great location in the heart of Toronto. Fantastic interior of rooms and very functional amenities. Restaurant was brilliant for breakfast and dinner. D-bar is also a great place for a dinner or drink. In front of the hotel there is a nice small garden, which was pretty decorated for Christmas. The personal is professional and very kind! Thank you so much for making our stay an unforgettable experience!!!

One small recommendation is to think about building a Finish sauna in the large SPA area.

That the parking wasn’t included ! When you pay as much as you do to stay the parking should be included.

High tech in the room.

It's a very strange for such a hotel as Four Seasons but there was no cleaning of the room. There was no help with luggage when checking out. Fraud with the return of the deposit, which was written off when booking on Booking.com. The hotel return the difference between deposit taking during check in and invoice, but "forgot" to refund deposit wich was taken during booking on Booking.com. Attempts to contact the hotel using chat of Booking.com led to the fact that the reservation service does not try to resolve it within the hotel, but offers to resolve this issue myself by email with the reception of the hotel, while the link to the reception's email is removed by Booking.com service. This email address is also not publicly available. The problem is still not solved. This is unacceptable.

I believe that all hospitality industries should treat each guest as if they're all an A-list celebrity. If you don't, it means you don't treat each guest fairly. I felt like an A-lister whilst staying at the Four Seasons. They treated me superbly well. I could not be more grateful for their hospitality and kindness.

The menus in the two restaurants are similar so I didn't get too much variety in my lunch choices.

Hotel staff are very attentive, the hotel is very well appointed and the rooms are large spacious and modern. Everything was excellent during our stay. The cot they provided was originally a little small but it was no trouble to them and they immediately changed it out for a larger cot. Highly recommend.
