Yonge Suites Apart Hotel

Large furnished suite on Yonge Street. Queen subway entrance directly outside the door. Very secure, with key cards needed to access the building and elevator, and a staff member usually in the lobby.

The shower in the second bathroom was cheap, the door didn’t seal and the hose was loose and kinked. But you know, second bathroom. Bed was VERY firm, which was fine for me.

Location and room

The room faced the street and was very noisy. The first night I slept very badly. The following night I bought some ear plugs.

Fabulous location in the heart of downtown - walking distance to music, theatre, harbourfront, etc. GREAT staff. Huge, lovely space.

Hotel employee was great, helpful, and very professional. While the room was great, it was hotel employee, that made the overall experience a 10.

Location wasn't perfect, but worked for us.

The location is unbeatable; getting to and from the airport is very quick and easy, plus it's in the middle of downtown. Grocery shops, restaurants, and the Eaton Centre are within 2 minutes walking. The apartment itself is in a safe & secure building, equipped with a full kitchen, washer & dryer, and big enough living and bedroom. I know there is parking available, but we didn't use that service. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Can be a tad pricey at times but not expensive.

Convenient location for Yonge and Bay Street. Great welcome and spotless accommodation with lots of space and facilities in the room.

Nothing - this is an Aparthotel, and it met or exceeded every expectation.

Excellent location close to Eaton Centre Dundas Square and Metro stop. Friendly, helpful staff that helped us quickly with a lost access card. Well supplied kitchen.

Maybe a coffee restocking would have been nice.

Fixtures in the room (lighting, furniture, dishes, coffee maker, cooking supplies) were the cheapest of the cheap. Lighting was so horrible I could barely see, they looked like an electrical hazard.

I loved the service and the willingness to help. The apartment had two full bathrooms so that was convenient.

It would help if there was another body wash and soap left in the second bathroom

Staff very attentive. Liked suite with two bathrooms and two TVs plus full kitchen

shower in second bedroom leaked. Electric fireplace did not work. We told staff about both of these issues, but neither could be fixed immediately.

Great views to the park and river, super location. Our apartment had everything we needed and felt luxurious!

We didn't mind but there were emergency helicopters using the hospital helipad nearby but this did not detract from our visit only made it more engaging.

Perfect location in front of Eaton Center, near Queen Subway station.Confy beds, kitchen with everything you need.

The location, cleanliness and comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Yonge Suites. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful from start to finish, especially when coordinating parking upon arrival. The suite was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped — a true home away from home. We also really appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel is. It was so nice to be able to travel with our dog as part of the family. The location is excellent and very central, with so much within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Nothing at all

Staff were very kind and helpful, I appreciate it comes with a dish washer and ways to wash clothes within the apartment. Good walking distance from the subways and places to eat.
