- The bar closed too early
- Proficiency of staff, told me they were authorizing $--- but charged $---. Ability to manage lights in the room, they had a few settings available but no options to keep partial lighting on.
- I felt rushed during checkout. I went to go get my car parked in a garage down the street and pulled up to the hotel to check out, then the valet staff member starting interrogating me about who I was and why I'm parking at the hotel front entrance.
