    Pros +

    • So it wasn't the Four Seasons or the Ritz Carlton, but I knew it wouldn't be when I booked it! Plus it was VERY CLEAN. I am retired, on a fixed income, and do not need 5-star accommodations. If that's what you want, pay for the privilege!
    • Location was decent & it¿s nice to come & go as you please without feeling monitored. Check out was simple
    • Central location. Quiet street. Clean bathroom & bed. Cleaning lady is friendly, but THERE IS NO LOCAL MANAGER (manager is in New York City, so the cleaning lady does double duty.)

    Cons -

    • I think if I stay here again, I will ask for a private bath. I lived at the YWCA in my younger days, but since this is "all genders," I will get a bathroom all to myself.
    • You¿re walked from the address you¿re given to an entirely different location which is really off putting at first. WiFi cuts in & out
    • Manager is rude, unprofessional, text only. They forgot I booked 31 Grange (I checked it out 2 days early), I was offered "a better room" at 43 Grange. It was worse: broken mosquito screen, smaller window. Both houses look rundown. ROOM NOT CHEAP AT AL

There was absolutely nothing to like about this dump of a place with overfill garbage right at the entrance where you have to contend with the putrid smell while you are made to wait forever before even gaining access into the home because it is locked.

The surroundings are very dirty and I felt very unsafe while waiting to go inside.I ended up not gaining access and left with my child.I have asked for a full refund. This place shouldn't be on any site.Your firm should visit properties b4 listing to avoid

    Price was ok, nothing more

No front desk!!!!! And the guy who which I chat barely speaks English and I wasn¿t able to understand him. I never will go there again

    4Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 7-9-2022

    Not really

The place was really bad, for a last minute booking it was fairly clean & easy to find, however no one check us in, no key and we had to text to get in. Was very sketchy, my girlfriend wanted to leave, but they gave us a new room which was better. No star

    Cheap, clean

    Poor wifi connection

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-7-2022

Staff was friendly and helpful and it was in a great location.

There was a small clump of hair in the blanket when I arrived, but everything else was pretty clean. Saw a roach trap under the sink, but never saw a bug.

    3KristyPosted on: 12-15-2019

it was cheap and somewhat clean

room with private bathroom - could not sit straight on the toilet, extreme room temperature changes, the owner asks rude questions, very bad check-in service, photos do not represent what the BnB actually looks like, little refrigerator room

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-25-2019

Room extremely small; could not sleep because room is near the door and people went in/out until 3 am.

Great location in Chinatown. Basic, but comfortable and clean, with easy check-in/out and access to downtown.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 6-22-2018

The location is in the heart of Chinatown. Depends on what you think, it was convenient to shop around and dine outside. The parking is not at the property, but not far away, a public parking place in the basement of a building. $12/up to 12 hours.

The room is too small, except the two beds, there is almost no place to stand for people. The bathroom is even smaller. The room was modified inside an old house, everything is bit awkward. Can not recommend for family to stay.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 11-8-2017

The hotel was within a 30 minute walk of everything you'd want to see in Toronto.

We got exactly what we expected, and at a great price, so no complaints from us!

    1TaylorPosted on: 8-4-2016

Basement, steep stairs, twin beds, extra charge to store luggage in room, curfew, extra charge per bed

    4Hin YeungPosted on: 8-12-2015

Room was clean, environment was not bad, had basic necessities

One of 13 people to wait for hours due to nonexistent managementOwner is incompetent - overbooking clients; forcing clients to wait for hours before he found accommodation for each of us; no apology for his royal screwup, instead opting to insult us

    1AnnePosted on: 7-20-2022

The only thing that I liked was the location

The room is so super tiny, one has to sit sideways on the toilet!!!!!

    1MairPosted on: 7-7-2022

    tiny room, perhaps illegal.

    1Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-11-2022

There¿s literally nothing good to say about this place.

    Absolutely everything was horrible.
