Friendly, efficient staff -the front desk and the parking valet were delightful. . The room was wonderful - spacious, clean and well appointed.

Parking was expensive, but on par with city hotels. Valet service was excellent.

Hotel was situated in the best area for our travel purpose. We loved the vibe and cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was super clean and we had it cleaned for fresh linen and towels everyday.

There is a lot of dust and windows need more cleaning through out the week. It would have been nice to be able to use the bar area and also have a breakfast area.

All staff were friendly and helpful! Great location.

Good location, great valet, convenient to subway and great restaurants and sizable rooms.

Room service for breakfast didn’t start until 9am on the weekends. This would have been good to know. Also we ordered room service for a few beverages and the never arrived.

Staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

I really enjoyed how spacious our room was & how friendly the staff were. They were always there when we needed them. The hotel is also in a great location!

The location was great! It was walking distance to major attractions like the CN Tower, Blue Jays stadium, and Union station. The staff was great and very helpful. The staff immediately accommodated a request to move rooms after the street noise and noise from the elevator lobby ruined our first night of sleep. The housekeeping staff kept the room in excellent shape and the front desk was always responsive.

There isn't anything I would have changed after we were moved to a quieter room.

Beautiful hotel! Loved the location. Staff were excellent and very accommodating to our two young children.

The only thing that was disappointing was the carpets in our room. They were quite stained and needed to be replaced.

The place was exactly what we needed. My 11 year old and I came to Toronto to check out the city. Our space was centrally located and easy to get to everything we wanted to see.

No complaints at all. You guys are really doing everything possible to make the guest experience the best it could be.

The process of activating the streaming services very frustrating. We were not able to stream any services last name.

Bathroom and shower very accessible for people with mobility issues. Very spacious nice room. Helpful and warm staff

The door on the accessible room would be more accessible/better if it automatically opened/swung open after unlocking.

The location was fabulous. Just a short walk to the CN Tower and Wright on the street car route so easily accessible from anywhere in Toronto.The staff were beyond amazing, taking the time to not only be friendly and professional but also help with filling in tax forms and giving great local insight on restaurants and I love the fact that they have a sheet behind the reception which is each of their favourite eateries, a real personal touch. Cannot tell you how fabulous the staff are in this hotel!

Just a tiny thing as the hotel is practically perfect, we would really have appreciated a sauna or steam room or hot tub of some description. We did go for a swim but found the water quite cool and for that luxury spa feel it would’ve been great to have warmed up in a Sonos steam room.

Amazing location! 5 min from the station, path and subway. CN tower is 5 min away as well.Huge room, king bed and lots of storage space.Small gym, but enough to do a small workout.

Toiletries were not changed frequently

The facility was quite secure and close to everything

Fabulous location and a spacious, comfortable room. Great service

The hotel is well kept, all the staff was very nice. The room was quite big and the bed comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not a cosy two night stay, the bedroom had a view on a backstreet where deliveries were made not only during the day bit mostly in the middle of the night and early morning (5am-6am) and the first night we were disturbed by the garbage truck.

The breakfast was expensive ($46 for one person) and not worth it. When your order eggs, you definitely want some toasts and not small pieces of pita bread

We had a family weekend and were able to park our vehicles and walk everywhere- to the theatre, to our dinner restaurant, the the Rogers Centre. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and we had adjoining rooms. The beds were super comfy! Staff were exceptional. We asked for early check in and our rooms were ready at noon!

The hotel is very well located, in the middle of town, very well connected to different attractions. The staff is very professional and supportive. The room is clean and spacious.
