Large rooms, excellent breakfasts and personnel

Noisy fan in bathroom

Staff are friendly and welcoming while my visit. The room was clean and the bed was SO comfortable. The pool area was clean with ample towels. Breakfast food was ample and food area was kept very clean and refilled.

The cold temp of the pool, though was a bit to get used to.

This hotel is very clean and well kept. Breakfast is always very good. Staff is always friendly. We have stayed here many times.

Staff were extremely friendly and the grounds were well maintained.

My room was nasty, it looked really nice but stunk of dirty wet dog. We could not open the closet as the smell of urine was overpowering. I had to take my pets to the petvalue for a bath before I could bring them home.

Il loved the comfortable bed and pillows. We enjoyed the cable TV, the quiet atmosphere, the coffee and tea in the room. Good breakfast with many choices.

The potatoes at breakfast were bland and cold.

The only major disappointment was breakfast only had dry items no eggs sausage bacon or home fries ready so sad

No access to breakfast promised

Close proximity to where I was going and easy access. Staff on duty greeted me as soon as I entered the lobby and were very sociable.

Not really. Elevator was out of service when I was checking out which made it a little more difficult for me to descend from the 3rd floor with my luggage. Hotel employees had service technician in immediately to fix it.

Very clean and comfortable bed.

Internet.was not.working properly and front desk staff did not answer the phone. Poor service by young inexperienced staff.

Clean modern hotel with comfortable beds, friendly staff and fair prices. Couldn't be happier with the choice.

Coffee table in the middle of the way when going to the bathroom, at night.

Not enough room when you go to eat breakfast. Not enough tables or places to sit and eat.Having to stand and eat, not very impressed. Not a lot of food either.

It was where i needed it to be. On my route and the timing was right for us.

This hotel is near family so I stay in it atleast once a year- the staff is so professional friendly -truly exceptional for its class of hotel

The breakfast was very good

When we got there our room was freezing. We turned the heat up, it didn’t start warming up till the next morning. The bed was very uncomfortable. This room smelled real bad.
