Close to water and downtown

Wished they had morning coffee and a continental breakfast

Hotel is on the Harbor within walking distance of restaurants, main st., lift Bridge, beaches and piers. Our room on the second floor had a great view of the Harbor and a nice deck.

Great location, parking Included, everything was easy, room was clean, staff were lovely, it was a relaxing experience.

Lovely waterfront location. We enjoyed the deck.

Dirty stained carpet in the room and very creaky stairs were a turn off. And nobody staffing the desk from 7:00pm until 10:00am was inconvenient.

It was very comfortable, staff very helpful and friendly, in a perfect waterfront location!

A Change from going to Niagara Falls, and a feeling my wife and I will be back

The room was clean and the bathroom was clean, nice and updated. Breakfast was good, but need to go across the street to get it.

The mattress was very well used. It needs to be replaced asap. Could not access the wifi for 24 hours. Could not change temperature of our room( felt like we were in a freezer) Booked with a hotel/inn but got a totally different property across the street( need more transparency when booking)

We stayed in the telegraph house. We love its history. The room is also spacious. The patio is very nice.

The location was beautiful. Our room was overlooking the harbour and the view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a big jacuzzi tub in it, as well as a fireplace.

When we booked we requested a room with view of harbour. But when we arrived to do check in we were assigned a room in Telegraph House, ACROSS the street. No view of any water. Very disappointed as it was our 35 th Anniversary. Not wanting to slam the Inn, the Manager was at least nice enough to cancel our reservation at no cost. I think she recognized the mistake. We hope this won’t happen again, as we have stayed there numerous times since our first time (20th Anniversary) we ended up having nice meal at Riva Restaurant and then drove an hour+ home.

Room in the little inn was so quiet and spacious . Bed was very comfortable. Products were top notch. Shower great, my husband adds.

A little attention to detail would give it a perfect raining. No hair dryer.

No blind on one window, which we didn’t realize until staff was gone…security and lighting issue.No decaf coffee in the room or at breakfast.

Right on the water

There was no elevator. Had to bring luggage up 3 floors and I am currently waiting for a hip replacement so going up stairs is not good. Not handicap accessible. There were no others rooms available I guess? The room was a water front room however the only 2 windows were extremely small. The front desk girl made it obvious we got the room we did because we booked through booking.com. We got the left over room.

Extremely comfortable-able to walk to everything-right on the harbour so amazing views

Breakfast was good. Slider onto the shared deck was nice. Location was great...walking distance to everything.

I wasn't greeted when I arrived because the receptionist was on a private call at the front desk for 10-15 mins. In the morning, a different receptionist was wandering around in her bare feet. Cobwebs and spiders in several locations of our room, broken tiles, broken bathroom fan, worn and outdated furniture, missing pictures on the walls, holes in the walls.

Didn't have the breakfast, location of hotel is excellent for shopping and eating but if you want the big beach you need to lug your stuff about a 10 minute walk. beds were comfy. Big room.

The blinds were broken in room, lighting was awful unless you wanted the fan on in centre of ceiling. Air conditioning was on and loud and cold but we couldn't find the controls anywhere. There was one by the door but it didn't work. The water tank outside the room didn't work.We did not ask anyone about all of this as it really wasn't that important for one night. Staff was great.

This property is in the heart of everything. You park your car for free and you can walk or ride your bike everywhere. It's fantastic!

I booked the Harbour Inn and they switched me to the inferior Telegraph House.

Not that clean, door lock broken, no chair or nightstand in the room,…across the road from the better facility I booked. Had I not been there for work (providing live music for an art show) I would have left. Small air conditioner - noisy and inefficient, drapes ripped, small refrigerator with a broken/non existent freezer door.
