The shower and bed were clean

It's located behind a 24 hour truck stop.

quick check in room was comfortable for theloction it was well taken care of beds were comfortable

sink and toilet water issues they could also use dark out curtains since it was hard to stop the light from coming in the room

The room was super clean and fresh, but it could use a little freshening up. I appreciated there being both a microwave and a small oven in the room.

It isn't easy to see from the road. A large truck stop hides it, and, given the amount of highway construction, it's a little dangerous to access.

Right off the highway. Lots hot water. Comfy bed

The door latch was broken and the tv had few channels.

They should put in some sound insulation because the walls are paper thin, as long as people all go to sleep, you can still get a good nights sleep though!

Clean, comfortable bed, newer bathroom. Heating worked great. More soundproof than I expected. Would definitely stay again.

Patience is needed for hot water but once you get it the water is plenty hot.

No garbage bin in the bathroom. Bathroom door swung into the bathroom, leaving no room

Staff was helpful and pleasant.

No ‘real’ hot water. After 5 minutes, the water was barely warm. Overloaded circuits - turning on the microwave tripped the circuit breaker. Noise from the truck stop all night long made it nearly impossible to sleep. Too much light in the room.

The room was cute, loved the rustic appearance of the bed and side table. Shower/bathtub were very spacious. Good tv selection.

Could smell smoke (cigarette and pot) coming from others outside. Stranger knocking on our door in the evening and woke up two very loud kicks to the door in the morning. Actually slept with a chair propped up against the door. Stains on one of the chairs in the room.

Interesting inside decor. Comfortable beds.

It was a bit niisy because of a clise by truck stop.

It is quiet since it’s far back from the road. The room was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. I could park in front of the of my room with no steps so very easy to enter. It was very clean

The room was very quaint & comfortable. Ducky's Diner next door was excellent for both dinner & breakfast!

No onsite coffee.

The facility looks like it has been renovated recently, and furnitures don’t look cheap. Each room has its own Wifi hotspot with high speed internet.

The bed sheet and blanket have minor stein and human hair scattered around, looks dirty. The motel is fairly noised insulated but due to being near a large truck gas station, you might hear the annoyingly loud beeping noise the truck makes when it goes reverse.

Clean, comfortable, and great staff.

It had everything that I’d expect in a low cost motel - clean, comfortable, convenient.

It lacked attention to details. There were no coffee stir sticks so I ended up using my toothbrush. There was an annoying drip in the bathroom. The decor was very dark. BUT … it was the cheapest room available in the area and it served my purpose!!

Location was good Comfortable bed.

Slow to get hot water, but available

This property is right off the highway behind the Tim Hortons. Easy to find. Our room was clean, the bed was comfy. If you have a chance go right into Nipigon and along the waterfront to the boat launch. It is beautiful! Take your fishing gear and relax for awhile!

It would have been nice to have more than two pillows, thankfully we had also brought our own. If there had been kettle and a toaster in the kitchenette area I would have given a 10/10
