Lovation

The bath tub was not clean. Breakfast was disappointing

The Bed was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was nice.

The couch/sofa was dirty, dusty and very old. Washroom faucets were not up to mark. Refrigerator was not functioning properly.

It was close to everything

Room was tidy but not the cleanest, my wife bought cleaners and washed bathroom doors and shower, and fireplace didn’t work, they offered another room where it might have worked but we were settled already but other than that we rested well and was very quiet, breakfast was only continental expected more for what we paid for three nights but food was near by.

This place is cheap with an adequate hot breakfast. The staff are very friendly and I'm sure trying their best to make your stay comfortable.

Rooms are a little old and tired and not terribly clean. We are not likely to stay here again. There are better options in this price bracket in Gananoque.

Large room with jacuzzi tub - half the price of other comparable hotels Location was great for sightseeing and day trips

Shower was a bit small

Location was great. It was near everything.

When I went to check in, the woman behind the counter told me it will be additional $15.00 since my son is 14. Kids under 12 stayed for free. I did not appreciate that. I had booked the room online with that one price set. We stayed for three nights. Each morning breakfast was the same.

It was clean and comfortable but I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open for breakfast, just a breakfast bar that was adequate but no more. When I inquired about accessibility they were quick to reply.

The air conditioner and bathroom fan were noisy, some of the bits and pieces, the towel rack etc. seemed rather flimsy. I was travelling with my mother and would have liked more grab bars in the bathroom as well. It is a little tricky to access when coming from town, as well.

Friendly staff complimentary breakfast clean rooms

The location. Main floor. Easily accessible.

Room was cramped, needs 1 bed instead of two. Tub was slippery.

Great staffLoved the hottub in the room Lots of space in the room

Could have been cleaner but we did rush for an early check it.

The room was nice and clean, and the free breakfast was delicious. The staff tried their best to satisfy all my needs.

The cleaner threw my clothes out as garbage during the day, even though I booked multiple days and will be coming back at night. Maybe I am not supposed to do that.

We arrived late but were met with a friendly smile and the room was amazing..comfortable bed too!

The staff was very nice and accommodating. the room was very clean. The price was good as it included wifi & a very simple breakfast.

The room we had.... The bathroom door did NOT close at all!The bed was way too firm, and the feather pillows were extremely uncomfortable! I did not get more than a few hours sleep :(The walls were so thin that the banging in the other rooms actually rattled both of the bed headboards!!The plumbing was so loud it woke both of us up several times through the night The mini fridge was so old and loud we had to turn up the volume on the TV, just to hear it. It also woke us up several times through the night.I would not stay here again in this room!!!

Room size was good

Bed was very uncomfortable and the room had not been vacuumed

Location is fantastic definitely a cute motel, have stayed before where the room was much better

All the linens were stained, wall switch was cracked so many mismatched items like grey toilet seat on white toilet. Mold in the bathroom and on the shower curtains definitely a true "motel"

nice staff and clean comfortable room

The room was spacious and spa bath was clean .

Couldn’t get the fire place started

Room was spacious

I was expecting for the restaurant to be opened, and the hotel to be in one single building

Jacuzzi tub excellent, large and good fridge and Tvs, fireplace, windows that open to let in fresh air, quiet peaceful area, decent city views, lots of amenities within walking distance, clean and quality linen & towels, common areas were clean tidy and most of our room

Heat thermostats wernt working, internet and TV connectivity issues, shared toiletries (they were of good quality) cell tower nearby, lack of food delivery, doors and bedroom walls dirty, garbage cans too small (no recycling bin) breakfast disappointing and ended too early

I liked what I thought I was booking. The staff was friendly.

The internet on the TV did not work. The fireplace did not work. The heater only worked on extremely hot or cold no in between. The mini fridge and freezer were dirty, and the tap for the jacuzzi tub leaked.
