Quite, good location, nice staff

Breakfast is awful

Breakfast is better than most provided at this level of hotel- fruit, muffins, cereal, eggs & sausage.

Hotel is in need of some updates…tired looking.

Location

Breakfast was below average. Pool area was unusable because of all the kids constantly in it. It also was so strongly chlorinated I could hardly breathe.

The layout was very nice although the noise from the lobby was a bit annoying from our room, most rooms would not have that problem. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was quite good. The pool and sauna were very clean.

Just the room location as too close to the lobby so it was noisy in the morning.

The location for this hotel is fantastic. A short walk to the main area (very beautiful) with museum, park, cafe, and city cruises. If you want to walk from the hotel, you don't have to spend the 9 dollars for parking if you are planning on a cruise.

The rooms are small and can feel cluttered fairly quickly.

E treemly clean. Much better breakfast than i expected. 5 minutes walk to boat dock for 1000 island cruise.

The staff are very nice. The location is great, you can park your car in the hotel and walk to the cruise.

Closet difficult to access as cramped next to second bed.

The front desk staff is not very welcoming. They are a bit rude.

the drain in the tub was very slow to drain but I mentioned it to the front desk upon on departure.

It’s strategically located 10 minutes walking distance from the 1000 Islands cruise launch and also by a beautiful park and at the beginning of downtown. Swimming pool is a bonus. I’d go back again to Comfort Inn.

Clean and cordial. I liked having a room on the ground floor where my vehicle was parked. Very convenient. Clerk was extremely helpful. Breakfast was great.

The front desk was fantastic. The beach/splash pad was less than 10 min walk down the road. All stores are pet friendly and so is the beach. Beautiful hotel and very comfortable. Will go back for sure!

Not a thing!

Expensive compared to some other motels in Gananoque but it did have the best location. We could walk all over the uptown. They even upgraded us to a better room.

The fridge squealed and air conditioning was noisy, no balcony

Hotel card keys. Had to back to the front desk 4 times in 2 days to reprogram the cards..

the room was dirty there was a lot of dust and spider webs on corner of the walls ans ceelling...the pillow sheets turn yellow with time and we had to check out because of that no other rooms or solution were offer to us so we left and di not sleep...
