Cleanliness, friendly staff, excellent breakfast

the room smells like pee, specially in the bathroom. I friendly remind the front desk lady someone should do a better job cleaning the room, but she said the room is clean, the issue might be from the plumbing

yes, we were not able to take shower due to there was water deposits on the bathtub and not draining! There was no drainage properly and no professional came for help.

Hotel staff were excellent and friendly

Pool disappointed cold staff said 83 but Wall temp said 74 reason for picking this hotel. Breakfast wasn't good eggs were hockey pucks sausage both days no bacon home fries undercooked if only water drinker you had to buy bottled

Bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in. Great water pressure in shower. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The availability of the gym and pool. Since they are not usually monitored, 24 hrs access should be possible.

The room was very comfortable and spacious.

The front desk clerk acted annoyed with us for wanting to ask for a later check-out time. She was annoyed by a customer on the phone but she shouldn’t be like that with us. She didn’t tell housekeepIng so they knocked and disturbed us unintentionally.

The amenities were mostly closed and the coffee and breakfast were awful.

Clean. Very clean. The staff were great. We arrived 4 full hours ahead of check-in time and the staff immediately switched our room to one that was ready. The breakfast was great and the lady in charge of it had everything under her eye!

The breakfast could use more variety for stays longer than 2 days. We stayed 3. The bathroom & USB power outlets didn't work & the fridge struggled to keep stuff cold. It didn't matter to us: when we left they were horrified we didn't tell them sooner!

Room was quiet, clean and comfortable

Shower was disappointing, water was lukewarm at best.

It's clean and breakfast is good (has hot food). close to the boat ride.

The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Helped with dinner places and was very friendly.

The free breakfast was ok, the eggs are terrible. Just don't do eggs.

We liked everything about this hotel . The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and modern. Good breakfast and location.

Pool area was small but still nice.

The night of our stay July 24, electricity went out around midnight and there was no power all night, the A/C was not working, no hot water and we did not get the breakfast which was Paid. Hotel staff did nothing to offset the cost, offered no solution:)

Helpful staff. Nice pool.

Breakfast: food very processed, plastic pancakes and a dearth of fresh fruit. But worse was the plastic cutlery and paper plates; I have never had to eat like this before n an hotel.

The non smoking room reeked of smoke. The reservation for 2 double beds were not available and our party had to be broken up in 3 separate rooms with a toddler resulting in a lot of inconvenience.

Friendly, good internet, comfy beds.

Used towel from previous guest left in the bathroom, noise hall tiles.
