Ramada by Wyndham 1000 Islands/Gananoque

Location was nice, check in was easy

Breakfast was underwhelming, rate for room and location felt a little pricey.

Comfortable bed. OK breakfast. Pleasant desk personnel.

The lovely looking shower. had a door that kept rolling open while I was showering.

Rooms updated and clean. Very spacious. Nice size bathroom. Hot and powerful shower. Fridge in room was convenient. Nice location near town and stores. Free breakfast was ok but nothing special.

Some rooms are quite a ways away from the breakfast area so may need to drive, also high step up to get into rooms. Not enough light in rooms. ?Curtain? in bathroom was a sheet stapled to the wall. Key stopped working and had a rude encounter with staff.

some upgrades in room ( bath room). would recommend removing carpet and replace with laminate flooring . linen wrinkled mattress poor, needs replacing

Room was clean, nice quiet, relaxing location, chairs out front to sit in, continental breakfast exceeded my expectations !

Location and value. Right off the 401, and excellent value for what I paid.

It's older but my room was obviously renovated recently.

A nice quick bite to eat in the morning, continental style. Staff were courteous and helpful when checking in. Park right outside your hotel room, chair provided to relax in and ice machine in close proximity to the rooms.

The welcome we received was so warm and friendly! The pool is beautiful and large. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Wish we'd stayed longer! Breakfast was good (amazing waffles); really hot coffee, yogurt, bananas, toast (etc), cereal, orange juice.

No. It was wonderful. Quiet rooms, lots of pillows, nice bathroom amenities (Dove).
