location was perfect

the bagged breakfast was a let-down. the coffee was terrible.

Close to 1000 Island, room is clean, staff are friendly , location is fetfect to where go.

We were looking for an inexpensive place to spend the night and this met our expectations. It had been recently remodeled and the rooms were fresh and clean. The mattress was very comfortable. There are many good options food options nearby.

Large step to get into the room, although this was not the case for most of the rooms. Window was hard to open. AC controls were a little finicky.

Friendly staff, room was clean and smelled nice when you walked in, bed was really comfortable and it was very quiet. It was close to everything and walking distance to Tim Hortons ¿¿. Definitely the best we've stayed at in Gananoque so far.

The only degative thing would be the size of room and bathroom. Not a very big space to move around but then again it's only to sleep and shower for a couple of nights for two people.

Hotel employee at front desk was amazing. She allowed us to check in early and gave us suggestions for a rainy day.

Liked the proximity to Starbucks, No Frills, Metro, Dollarama, Canadian Tire, McDonald's, Tim Hortons. Liked that they had an outdoor pool.

Stayed for 2 nights & expected housekeeping to empty garbage pails, change specific towels, make beds but they did not. Front desk response wasn't satisfactory. Key cards had to be updated once. Car park distance was farther than others.

Breakfast Grab&go, is very poor. It must be mentioned during thereservation. There were not enough people to clean up the room. Our check-in was delayed because there was only ONE housekeeping in a Long-weekend.

The staff were friendly and super accommodating! Heated pool and amenities were very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Reserved an in-room jetted tub and were a bit disappointed when we saw the tub was in the bathroom, but the staff upgraded us for free!

Very small room. Breakfast was grab & Go. No choice of food. Air conditioner very loud. Only one chair.

Close to the highway. Room was clean. Close to the travel info centre. Room had fridge & microwave. Staff was nice. Internet worked well.

Room was very hot. Had to crank up the A/C. The toilet kept running every 30 mins or so. Annoying at night. Nowhere to sit and eat breakfast. No designated parking for 2nd level rooms. Someone defecated in the pool and left it to be found by us. Bluch

They found us a room, after our on line reservation was a double book.

Very friendly staff and very easy to travel with our pets. There was a large grass area that we could use for the dogs and the patio doors made it easy to get them in and out!

There seemed to be some sort of mechanical banging noise. It was annoying but tolerable.

It was clean, Very expensive for what you get in return.

The toilets on one side of the bathroom and toilet paper holder is on the other side of the bathroom(big bathroom)how long do you think people's arms are!? Breakfast is in a too small of an area. And use real orange juice...tang is not breakfast oj!

I was very pleased with the fact that they accepted pets. We had a dog with us. It is getting harder and harder to find a place that will take pets. People have ruined that for others. They were very nice to us. The staff was great.

We kept having to get new key cards every day. They just wouldn't work.
