Wanted a quiet room inside. faced the parking lot. Pool was not heated.

Beautiful room. Friendly staff. Good price for the money.

Big hotel. Long walk to the room for my wife who walks with a cane.

The room was damp, dated, the bathroom had visible decay and the room smelled strongly of mildew/mold. The hallways were also very musty and damp. The rusty, dirty gym was in the basement, down dark, creepy and unlabeled hallways.

Nothing but the location

It was very dirty. The door into the room did not lock properly. The deadbolt wood not lock. The patio door did not lock at all. The patio was covered in bugs!! Could not sit out there at all. The place smelled badly. I was not impressed at all.

The room we were in seemed very dated. Could use a proper paint job. Also the balcony door key slot did not work. This was not notified to us at check in. We had to go to the lobby and get them to let us in since we had bolted the front door.

The room was clean and good sized.

The corridors were not warmed enough. The breakfast is poor.

This was an unclean resort. Carpet in both lobby areas was soiled and desperately need a vacuum. No elevator, we were on second floor so was difficult. Room very outdated. Breakfast was ok but need individual servings of condiments such as butter

Excellent reception upon arrival. Large well laid out room, clean with comfortable beds. A hot breakfast was available, albeit minimal, enough to start your day. Although maintenance is required, we did enjoy our stay.

Location and free things

We had to go outside to get inside which is fine in good weather but it was pouring rain

Location was perfect, close to restaurants, friendly staff.

The Breakfast Room had annoying flies.

We got an "upgraded" non carpeted mildew smell free room at no extra charge....

I booked this hotel because the website showed a Best Western sign,IT IS NOT, no mistake, photo needs to come down immediately.Mildew stench unbearable in first room.Not fit to be a hotel! Needs a complete gut job.I don't think Best Western will be happy

The room was very clean and the Jacuzzi tub was beautiful

They turned the heat up before we got in the room and at first it was unbearable to be in there. We had to open the patio door to cool it down

Close to the highway for easy get-away.

Simply put, this place is a motel. Be forewarned, it was the *least* like a resort or spa that one could imagine. The restaurant offers typical diner food, and poor at that. The on-site "spa" consists of one person doing massage, and she was booked up.

Smell ,mill due mould.the buildings are old run down tha have a cosmetic treatment that can not hide the fact the building themselves are old and stink. They should be demolished. Landscaping is non existing. Everything about the grounds is ugly .
