It was very clean and had a facelift recently so it gives nice bright vibes. The pool was also very clean

It was false advertising for the word “breakfast” posted on their front entrance and on the website. There was yoghurt, a few muffins and that was about it. That was the worst thing I would consider a breakfast. Not even toast or something hot.

The fact that you can see the outside through the quarter inch gap in the door. The toilet seat that moves The stains on the wall in the bathroom And the funky smell in the room .. also no control for the tv To name a few

The pictures depicting the rooms were not accurate at all. The rooms we had were ok as they were clean but they were really outdated and not at all what we were expecting. It is false advertising by the hotel to post photos like that.

The smart TV

Very poor towels in the bathroom and not enough hygiene products; shampoo, conditioner, bar soap. Some of the lights by the bed weren?t working.

We were in Suite 100 and the bathroom decor was scary. Just old and ugly but clean.

Nothing the worst experience I?ve ever had

A lot of noise! It is a very old hotel and smell so bad. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was awful

It was in a great location. The room was well maintained. It was quiet.

Shocked that the room had a microwave, a fridge, BUT NO COFFEE MAKER????? Due to the layout of the rooms, it was a long walk to the office if you wanted a coffee - Office was closed after midnight. That is awful.

Excellent location and quick easy check in / check out.

Adjacent rooms with guests were a little noisy at night... I'm sure more about the guests themselves than the room.

For the price, it would be hard to beat this motel.

The hotel was fine but Gananoque had nowhere to even get a pizza by 9 pm at night. There is nothing open in this town at all which was frustrating. This is not the hotel's fault but good to know for travellers.

Good location, just off the highway. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was overly scented, like they were masking a smell or something. Took 10 minutes to get water hot enough to shower. Had to ask staff to come up and check as I thought that there was not any hot water. Line at coffee machine only poured one at a time

Room was clean, stafff were friendly, pool was great, coffee machine in lobby was a great idea! ...and I got a great price!

Toilet paper and kleenex were beyond thin & cheap. However, at a good price, I can deal with that. The coffee machine was a great idea UNTIL breakfast time, then everyone wanted to make their coffee at the same time. Bit of a slow-down there.

Bed was comfortable.

Room was very cold. No shower liner . Bad water pressure and temp. Pipes were banging when ppl flushed the toilets. No wifi . No TV all weekend.wi-fi was down.

bathroom exhaust fan needed replacing, no place for dirty boots except carpet, exterior door needed weatherstripping, toilet seat loose

the room was way too hot and there was no way to control the temperature without opening windows, which allowed marijuana smoke into the room from the neighbors outside

The beds were incredibly comfortable and the staff was great.

Some electrical lights needed repair

Great hotel, located right on the main King Street, 15-20 min walk to the waterfront. Lot of parking space, free coffee, clean rooms and washrooms, prompt service. The only thing I did not like was the included breakfast (very minimal)

The complimentary breakfast had banana, muffins and energy bars. I am diabetic so basically there was no option for me to eat, would be great if they can include some sandwiches/bagel may be or milk+cornflakes.

Overpriced and room smelled. Bathroom mouldy. Outside railing was broken. Hard mattress.

BREAKFAST WAS VERY BAD

The staff were very friendly and offered to keep the pool opened an hour later for us. I liked that it had a fridge and microwave. (Although the freezer part of the fridge did not work.)

I did not like having a dead bug in the brand new toilet paper roll I opened. I also did not like seeing a dead bird that had clearly been by the entrance of the hotel for awhile when we first arrived and still there the next morning upon checkout. Yuck!
