They made us pay $150/room damage deposit without telling us¿. Why bother doing this? They have my card info for that purpose¿ won¿t stay there ever again

This place was disgusting dirty. Visible dirt and something sticky on the bedside table, bathtub full of hair and st least 1 dirty towel. Zero stars!

Very disappointed we drove 10 hours to get there and were expecting to let kids burn all their energy in advertised pool. No breakfast either as advertised. 4 of us slept terrible in 1 bed
The beds were relatively comfortable and it was quiet, despite being quite full.
No breakfast choices that were gluten & dairy free. The non-smoking room smelt like smoke. There was an unsolicited automated wake-up call at 7 am on Sunday morning advertising the hotel chain. Workers had left a drill on the stairs.

room door to patio was broken and it was like that long time and hotel management did not plan to fix the lock, they just put a metal bar to hold the door, that's not safe enough for the stay. Breakfast, only has egg sausage ham in water, poor quality.

Did not meet the quality price. Poor insonorisation poor matresses very out of date climat control noisy as hell and not constant. Noisy, corridors.Hotel like this worth half of what we paid not one cent more. Stains and patches all over the corridor
