No microwave which is essential.

Yes, no laundry bag or shower caps. Forgot to bring toothpaste non provided. No bottled water provided. Room cheaply built, no doors on chest of drawers, everything open, this was a first for us, not pleased!!

We needed a quick getaway staycation. Check in was quick and efficient. The rooms were extremely clean and we enjoyed the hot tub and pool on the seventh floor. We had a delicious supper at most words, and we enjoy the views through the window.

It?s a newer hotel with lovely spaces. I love that a casino is attached.

This is our favorite hotel! It's always clean and comfy! The staff is amazing and helpful. Bonus for us this time was we got to order room service which was a 10/10! The only thing that could make this hotel better are rooms with a jacuzzi tub!

The breakfast buffet was good. Location was excellent.

Drink prices are getting a little high

Loved this hotel, beautiful clean and fun. Wonderful views. Great food and drink. The hot tub was clean and not too busy

We were there for my fiance's birthday, and the meal was absolutely amazing! Such a well-run restaurant

The rooms are very nice, however they seem a little echoey and cold.

Rooms are trendy, comfy beds, casino is a fun option.

I wish this was closer to town but not a far drive really. Some updates could be made to the room. Pillows are far too puffy and hurt my neck, and there’s no door on the shower area so you can see who’s coming in the door (don’t order room service if you’re showering) - king room

3rd floor room had a view of the parking lot. This was a slow Sunday night. The windows were huge and floor to ceiling so we did see fields in the distance.

I notified the hotel it was my mom's 90th Birthday. Other than a room closer to the elevator there was no recognition. The room had a noisy furnace in a beautiful room. The shower and toiletries are the best!

Staff are good

Staff are good but facility don't have control who goes in/out of elevators - meaning anybody without a key card can have access upstairs.. Too expensive for what you are getting.

The hotel was clean, the room was spacious, the bed linen was fresh, and all necessary amenities were provided. Nothing extraordinary, but everything was as expected.

The downside was noticeable dust on many horizontal surfaces in the room. For CAD 230 per night, I would expect more attention to cleaning.

Room service very hard to get ahold of and waited at restaurant for 15 minutes before giving up and leaving.

Always enjoy my stay here! Had a few maintenance issues in the room with the sink and fridge, but staff quickly addressed the issues.

Fire alarm went off during our stay that was triggered but another guest but staff discounted the 1 night stay.

The place, time travel, the chrome cast

the smell outside the door didn't smell like a hotel, we have food to heat up but there is no microwave. we ask the reception to heat it up and told us that they will heat it up and bring in our room after 10-15 mins but we waited almost 40 mins. and we don't want to think negative but what if something happen with our food or someone put something on it will the hotel be responsible? Thank you

The rooms are spacious and lovely. Our view of the golf course was beautiful.

Pillows are very full. Maybe should offer a second type on the bed.
