Clean, accessible. Loved the fact that the Front Doors Get Locked at a certain hour and only registered guest have access

The lemon water at the front desk was a really nice touch. Nice to see the mini fridge in every room. New property, extremely clean!

Limited amenities nearby, so bring your snacks, etc. There is a Tim Hortons very close by if you need your coffee fix.

Budget hotel but it served my needs, it was clean, nice staff and in a good location. No coffee or amenities in the room.

Everything was great including staff, room, and breakfast. Kids loved the pool with slide! Temperature was a bit on the cool side, but I guess that's how most like it in July.

Nothing bad to say. Currently renovating so my husband was a bit concerned. But honestly, was being renovated very discreetly; it wasn't a bother one bit.

A little out of the way

They went above and beyond in a few areas. Plates and bowls in the room. Large comfy room. I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a complementary one.

There were bugs in the light fixture. Breakfast room was overcrowded Saturday morning. Treadmill was extremely squeaky.

I cancelled my room booking upon check in due to the fact the pool was out of service and this is one of the reasons I booked this location. To make matters worse hotels in the surrounding area were booked solid for hockey team.

Should have been noted pool was out of service. Guest clerk was great and assisted where she could. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Bottom of the pool had some sharp spots where some of the children were getting cuts on their feet as well as the chairs in the pool area might get checked as I witnessed a Father with baby sit down and chair broke! Luckily not hurt.

Nice breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Pool was open early and closed late. Late check out (noon). Keurig, mini fridge and microwave with disposable dishes in room.

Sunday morning breakfast had everyone waiting at 9am and no seats. We waited and were ok but heard others complaining.

Clean pool. nice hot tub coulda have been a bit warmer but I like them hot lol great rooms comfortable beds clean fresh. Wonderful helpful staff with knowledge of red deer. Great breakfast all around really nice place to stay i would stay again anytime
