Nice staff

Price is too high , all the 5 hotels in high level are now owned by one organization, price gauging

My room was ground floor, perfect for an older person with a dog.

There was a leak from toilet

Location was perfect.

Ac didnt work. So fixer was there till 10pm working. Took whole unit out of wall but did get it fixed

Friendly staff

The floor needs carpet because it is located in a very cold environment.the floor is always cold and one must wear slippers. almost all the hotels owned by one person to control the price and eliminate competition.

Nice room and well priced!

The adjoining door to the room next to me is not sound proof. I had traveled for 8 hours that day and had another 8 hour drive the next day. The people next door we’re partying. They were not being overly loud but the door was unacceptable.

the room was spacious and modern the internet was good

the snow outside the room was like glass of ice . walking on it was dangerous. the do not clean the ice outside the room. an old man or women can suffer big injury if slide on the ice.

The staff is friendly and helpful.

Our room was on the 2 nd floor . And no elevator .Would prefer something on Ground floor

The service and receptionist are very friendly Especially Sam.He also refer as in the Stardust..the food and service there is EXCELENT.the server Name John C.

i think the only bother us is the sounds cpming from aircon but we already raised our concern to.Sam.

Poor

No heat in the room! The only way to heat the room was with a tiny space heater. Breakfast was non existent and the coffee was weak!

We checked in later in the evening and everything went smoothly. It was one of the nights that the Oilers was playing and there were some celebratory guests very happy when they won the game. That part was a bit noisy but they were very happy sounds.

The room had some garbage in there from past guests. I felt a little uneasy about how clean things were but I checked everything else and it seemed okay.
