Location and friendly staff

The TV is old model, washrooms are too small and the breakfast was below average.

The bathtub was clean

Paid for a queen bed and got a double. Linens were dirty, stains on the walls and doors, the phone was taped together, blood on the floor in the lobby, food delivery person for the pizza restaurant left a delivery sitting unattended on the floor in lobby

Good breakfast, comfortable bed and quiet location.Supper in the restaurant was very good.

It was meticulously clean and both the front desk staff and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The suite itself was cozy and spacious enough for what I needed. I was pleasantly surprised they had a pull out couch in my suite which allowed the second guest in my booking to have their own bed.

The only issue I had with this experience is the price. $180 for one night is way too expensive for the value of this stay in my opinion. Also, the advertisement for this booking set the expectation that all guests have access to the water park, which I guess is technically true, but you are expected to pay for it.

Disgusting

We tried 1 rooms before we left and stayed at another hotel. The first room the comforter was stained, the fridge was leaking water and room smelled of stale smoke like an old smoking room. The second room also stunk of stale smoke, there was a dead bug on the bed.

Great price and value continental breakfast was free next morning. Something definitely will stay again.

there was some wires that were all they were capped off but with having a child, made me a bit worried about it.

Extremely outdated rooms, shower water ran dirty for the first 3-5 mins. Breakfast was very bad. Eggs were overcooked.

The TV was way far away from bed...fortunately I had an extension cord and was able to reposition it.Still doing bag breakfasts...but restaurants are now open and I thimk they are just being cheap with their "breakfast included". I stayed at another hotel the night before and it had regular self serve breakfast.Turn down the hot water! I will scold you right out of tap so therefore is turned up too high!

Very poor

It smelled like cigarettes, there was a tampon sticker on the fire alarm, the bathroom fan made a horrendous noise, the microwave was cracked open, and the air conditioner was very loud and didn't work well. During the evening, a family of 15-20 were staying beside us and they were smoking in front of our window, which had to be open because it was a hot night. In the night, there was a violent banging on the door by random people (not hotel staff), which continued on later in the morning. The only positive was that when I complained about the violent banging in the morning, the manager did come by to tell them to go away. Which, eventually, they did. I did not feel safe at all. Not worth the money. Just happy I didn't get bed bugs or get murdered. Sorry to the hotel staff, who were friendly when I talked to them. Their friendliness doesn't make up for the rest of it at all.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very professional and helpful?

The staff was wonderful, friendly & helpful. The woman at the front desk when we checked in went above & beyond. Didn’t get her name but she was great. We went to the restaurant & the 2 men working there were awesome & the food was delicious. The room was big with a fireplace & the bed was comfortable. Would recommend & would definitely stay again.

The only bad thing I could say was it was a little warm in the room.
