Pros +
- Amazing Breafast options. Rooms are very clean however the walls did seem a bit thin as I could hear some of the neighbouring rooms
- Friendly and helpful staff
- We love the safe location of this hotel and how quiet it was.
Cons -
- Excellent hotel however the $50 deposit they took off my credit card has not yet been reversed. Maybe it takes some time but its now day 5.
- We missed having normal caffeinated coffee. They could only offer decaf at the time. Also would?ve been nice to have pay per view up and running. Also there was a dirty knife in the drawer and lots of dust on the venting fan in the bathroom.
- Bed too small, not a Queen size bed..Rep said pull out the sofa..seem like a efficiency room. Twin plus bed.. My anniversary! Breakfast, alot of children so time involved to prepare a waffle, get in line..(2) machine..they couldn't replenish fast enough.
