Amazing customer service and the cleanest hotel, I have ever stayed in. It was impressive

Staff. Housekeeping well done. Reception good. Parking. Good location just off highway. Obviously, not luxury, but good value.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the breakfast met our expectations for a motel. The water pressure and hot water in the shower was amazing. It was very clean.

The pillows were horrible. It was -35 C outside that night. We had the heat cranked to 85 F and the room was never warm. The heater was extremely loud and dried out my sinuses. I had to put all of my clothes on and pile our jackets on top of me to fall asleep. Slept 2 hours total.

The rooms were very clean. The lady that runs the hotel does a great job at making herself available for whatever we might need. The rooms were a little cold, but they warm up quickly. The breakfast area is cozy and has everything needed. It was a quiet stay as its on the edge of town. I think it's the best deal in drayton valley.

It was a clean and quiet room. It was easy to get to. The owner was pleasant.

Comfortable, quiet, clean. This place is a bit out of the center of town, which works well for me. It caters to crews, so nothing fancy but exactly what I expected. Great staff, always ready to help.

Quietness, cleanness, spacious parking lot. Small breakfast. Laminated floor. Air conditioning.

Small space. Only one chair for two persons with a very small table. No good coffee in the room.

The lady working at the counter was extremely, extremely helpful. The rooms were really pretty clean, considering where this is. I could imagine how hard it would be in this area of the country in winter.

There were no real deal breakers. The parking lot was dirt, but a lot of the parking lots in this area seemed to be gravel.

Very pleasant stay with great staff and will recommend to others visiting Drayton Valley.

I forgot to ask about handicap room with bigger bathroom so couldn't take walker into bathroom.

All necessities were provided: very comfortable bed, desk/chair, fridge, coffeemaker, very clean. My room had a comfortable rocking chair and an end table. It was simple, and provided all I needed for my week-long stay. I’ll be back!

Typical on the road breakfast - fine. Location: a bit out of town but fine. Pleasant, friendly, helpful landlady.

For a middle of the road establishment, it was fine

Clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchenette. Quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast had plenty of food.

No hairdryer, a minor inconvenience.

Nice quiet location but still close to downtown, lots of parking. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Breakfast options were standard but just what I needed.

I was happy with the breakfast options but some guests may wish there were hot items as well.

Continental breakfast and we had a very clean and renovated room with a clean bathroom. Good shower.

A bit noisy from the highway.

the deluxe suite was very roomy. It had the fridge, micro, sink with some dishes. AC worked perfectly

They have some building issues and we heard what sounded like dripping water (loud) at 530 am. Staff knows about it, but will cost a lot of money to fix as is it water flowing through the building?? The outside flooring didn’t looked like it had been vacuumed in a looong time.

Skipped breakfast, as our event offered a full breakfast.The staff was so courteous and helpful and kind. Beds decent. Price was great. Shower good.

They need to pave their parking lot. Too dusty.No place for clothes. Only a few hangers.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was no specific check out time and I was told I could sleep as late as I wanted/needed, which was greatly appreciated. I had just experienced a very productive but tiring weekend, so the chance to catch up on some sleep was wonderful. The staff at the front desk was very helpful.
