Nothing, parking was horrible no ice machine, no vending machine, stains on everything.

Everything! Was run down. Staff was on the rude side. Horrible smell. Whatever kinda fitness room there was, it was licked. Honestly, felt like a dungeon!!!!

Central location. There were a lot of USB ports for charging devices, and a few plugs for the usb-c cubes.

The wallpaper was peeling, the room smelled terribly of cigarette stink, and there were sticky spots on the desk when I checked in. The water smelled terrible, and clearly wrecks the coffee pot, didn’t even want to boil the water in the microwave—but I did try, and 4 minutes wasn’t enough time to make the water more than lukewarm.

Bed was comfy, location was good, it was quiet.

The bathroom had seen better days. Weird smell in the hallway.

Next to Tim Hortons for coffee in morning.

The key to our u it did not work. So every time we went out we had to get the desk clerk to let us into our room. ?

I was charged extra from my pet which was not mentioned in the Booking.com price, which I prepaid and then had to pay extra at the hotel. The cost was therefore substantially higher than similar hotels.

Ice machine was broken, some staff were not that helpful

First the people were very nice and professional. They empathized with the hard time we had with the two rooms and promised to look into all our concerns.

We were traveling with our family of 4 adults and 4 children. We stayed in two rooms. Both rooms were very hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioning was loud and did not cool the rooms. We arrived and the rooms were very hot and we did not sleep well. When I went to open the window in our room it felt very unsafe- there was no screen covering and it was just a few feet above the stairs to the main entrance of the hotel. Anyone could have crawled through the open window. So I left the window closed and locked all night. Our family in the upstairs room did not have a window screen either. After 11 pm strangers were trying to get in our room. I yelled through the door they had the wrong room. The door frame had the pointy end of nails sticking out around hand and head height - another safety concern.

Easy to get too, staff was all super friendly, even had treats for my dog when we checked in.

Only complaint would be the lack of a parking lot, I had to park at the Tim Hortons next door

Rooms not very soundproof as neighbor had tv on too loud and kept us awake

Location and budget friendly.

The room was old. But that’s not a major issue. The issue was: the room heater was noisy the whole night. Every time I was increasing the temp to 20+, it started making horribly loud noise. At the end I turned off the heater and used layers for the night.

Comfortable bed and nice and warm

Room was rather small.(I'm a large man) and it was quite hard to regulate the heat
