    Location

Only that I booked a king suite, and although we got a King, it was not a suite.

    Warm & Friendly

    Convenient and clean.

Couldn’t cancel my reservation due to flight delays. Had to pay for a night. Ugh

    5PatriciaPosted on: 12-7-2025

Pet friendly, and 2 on site restaurants, but one had a limited menu and very expensive. The other was very busy and 2 cooks called in sick. The wait for our food was approximately hour and a half

The bed was not comfortable. We had a look and the frame on both sides of the bed were broken and sagging. We let the front desk know and it was like they didn't care. The carpet needed a vacuuming

    9MaryPosted on: 9-27-2025

Bed was great. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast was not available because the entire dining room was “reserved”.

    Beds were comfy

I did not like how they charged me 2 Separate times after I told them I had already made the payment through the BOOKING.COM app days prior to arrival. They said that since booking.com had not paid for the reservation THEY HAD TO CHARGE ME at check in. One gentleman said “ok we will deal wait” then after goin to my room, they charge another card on file for the nights stay, then charged the card given to then at check in which they claimed would be “JUST FOR PET fee” they were dishonest about what they were goin to charge me when they asked for the “pet fees payment” knowing that they already had another card on file from then initial booking. I had later updated the card through the app and made the initial payment that way. I was not expecting to get charged 3 separate times for just one night stay. It’s unfortunate to have such a negative image of this place now because the beds were comfy, however due to all the over charging I was not able to get a good nights rest!

Lovely room and property.Did laundry. Allowed my dog.

It looked small from the outside but the inside is so nice and very comfy and clean! The staff were so friendly and helpful even when I needed to change my room. The room itself was clean and the hotel was within walking distance to a park and some restaurants!

The beds could’ve had softer bedding. The duvet was pretty thin and not very soft but the pillows were good.

Very nice and clean, very good restaurant

Expensive for what and where it is

    8ZacharyPosted on: 7-16-2025

Parking is great, and the choice of two restaurants in the hotel are great for a family with a baby

Doors and showers can be loud at times. TVs aren’t smart tv so can’t access any streaming services

    8AntonPosted on: 6-29-2025

Room was clean, and facility is well maintained. Really nice restaurant right in the lobby of the hotel, which is really handy.

Room into the room has really minimal soundproofing, that’s why all the noises from the corridor comes into your room. Could be an issue for families with small babies.Additionally, 4pm check-in time… it’s just feels like really not comfortable time. It’s quite difficult to time your trip in such a way so you are meeting this check-in time. Also, it feels like it’s just not fair for your customers that they need to check-in only at 4pm, but must check-out at 11am while you are paying for a full day stay.

Great location after a long drive from Prince George, lovely little town. Clean, comfortable room.

Would have been nice for breakfast to be included.

    7MariannePosted on: 6-18-2025

The bed in the room was excellent. The "mountain view" was technically true if you ignored the vast parking lot outside the window. It was relatively quiet. The staff was friendly.

The colour scheme in the entire facility is depressing bordering on hideous. Beige on grey on black with scary floor treatments. I think it is meant to compliment the wood and "lodge" theme but as a former interior designer I can tell you, it is failing. The breakfast was very good, and service timely. Dinner was not that exciting with limited GF options. The music at dinner was awful (canned country?), considering that NOIR is billed as something special. Some conifer greenery outside the windows to disguise yet another parking lot would support the lodge-getaway theme.

King Suite was nice - full kitchen

Sometimes a little noisy between first and second floor - could sometimes hear footfalls.

    10CarolPosted on: 9-22-2024

Staff, rooms were very comfortable and e food was excellent in the restaurant - breakfast.

Location is not downtown but just a short drive away.

    8Barb T.Posted on: 9-22-2024

Nicely decorated, room is a good size, restaurant is good & the staff is very friendly and efficient

This is silly but a night table on both sides of the bed would be nice.
