Location and that they allowed our pet. It was mostly quiet except for 1night.

Housekeeping was very poor and the breakfast had no healthy options. The coffee was excellent.

I always stay here, I enjoy the convenience and the fact I can check in after hours.

It took the poor front desk clerk almost an HOUR to get me into a room because of the Reno’s and new door locks. He had to try 5 different rooms before he was able to get me one that worked. Then the room I ended up in was one under construction. No garbage cans, strong smell of fresh paint…… this was by far the worst experience I’ve had here but it wasn’t the clerks fault but the lack of communication between Reno’s and front desk. I’m disappointed I paid $170 for a 4 hour nap in a room that smelled strongly of paint. I will still come back on future trips but def want to voice my concerns as this was very discouraging but I understand

Doesn’t maintain the pancake machine eliminated the hard boiled eggs there is no fruit. No one maintains the breakfast facilities. The entire place is under renovation and the tradesmen are terrible

They didn’t have me in the computer system. I had to switch rooms. The halls were full of renovation supplies. Room was dirty. Had to switch rooms the second night. Waited all day for a room. Finally got one at 5 pm.

The blood in the towels, the filth on every surface.The drywall dust and wires hanging from the unfinished renovation in the room and the smell...the smell was absolutely horrible. So bad I had a migraine and was vomiting by morning. I asked for a refund and department without staying the second nightThe free breakfast consisted of rotten eggs...see picture

Had a reservation-showed up-no room available. No assistance offered from staff to remedy situation. Ridiculous.

This motel is under a complete renovation. Expect noise, construction materials all over and drywall dust everywhere. Breakfast was poor. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Upon arrival, the lady who checked us in, tried to say we didn’t have a reservation. I showed her my confirmation number with booking.com which she proceeded to take my payment. Few minutes go by after finding our room, she comes to knock on our door to tell us that we can no longer stay in the room as our booking was cancelled. She wanted my husband and I to leave with our two children, AFTER I had already paid. Her words were “your booking was cancelled and you can book again but NOT at this hotel as we are full”. I asked to speak to her manager and I couldn’t even get that. At checkout, no one wanted to come to the front desk and we had to wait at least 15 minutes. I asked for a manager and still wasn’t put in touch with one as I wanted a refund. The capri should not be allowing guests to stay or pay full price until the construction is finished. Super dangerous to have nails and everything else laying on every floor of the hotel. Not to mention, the peep hole in the door I had to stuff with toilet paper so people couldn’t peep into our room.
