- Walkable access to local shops
- Rooms are nice and clean. It is nice to have a small refrigerator in the room too.

- First room had fridge unplugged with previous guests rotting leftovers inside. Second room had a water leak.
- People having overdoses outside of the hotel near the parking area Consistent police presence, flashing lights, etc Loud HVAC, switched rooms due to noise
- Parking for guests can sometimes be challenging
