Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort

Nice big clean rooms. Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Thermostat was rigged to not go below 65*F and didnt actually even get below 70* could not sleep in that warm of a room. Wouldn't stay there again because of that.

The outdoor sitting area of my room was a complete dangerous mess of a construction zone. Couldn't use this area & had to keep the window shades closed because it was covered in plastic with all types of equipment, tools, and debris. No compensation!!!

Great location.

Extremely disorganized and dismissive staff. Our room was not ready until 5:30pm (checkin@4pm), then had a wasp infestation. Finally, we were given a room not in keeping with the room level we initially reserved with zero compensation

Location

Bed bugs or dirty sheets. We complained to the hotel staff the following morning and they gave us a different room. Despite that, I was itching throughout the night again and had bites that were severely swollen and pus filled. Never staying here again!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast.

Toilet paper in the bathroom was very thin

Great location, best breakfasts, service and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

location was amazing and the view was great.

parking costs overnight were a bit high for this time of year and considering COVID.

very clean and friendly staff. Room was clean, great layout.

parking was $24 per day

Great location on the water. Very clean.

Parking was not included

Great location, Great Hotel, Great Rooms, Great Executive Lounge

Great location, very nice outdoor pool and hottub. Very professional front-desk manager.

At check-in service could have been better, received a room with view at blind wall, despite my request for a normal view. At check-out the front desk manager was very understanding and did her best to make things right.

Location and Restaurant

The bathroom in our hotel room needs to be updated it looks worn out. And the mattress's need to be updated as well. seem very used...

Location and staff. Hotel decor and amenities were very nice too.

Parking garage could use better markings, levels do not corespond to elevators. And was hoping our king room had a tub and not a standing shower. Still a nice stay.

Lovely decor, interesting shape, very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet heater/fan

Location

The staff were idiots! I got a $65 ticket after paying $20 a night for Parking. I charge the breakfast to the room and they were panicking because my credit card was not hooked to the hotel and made it sound like it was my fault. You absolutely cannot ch

The pool was great and restaurant

Cleaner room more towels my fridge was really dirty

We checked in on April 20 at 2pm. They said our room was not ready so we went to Rose's Pub. Friends of ours check in a hour later and got there room. We got our room at 4pm. My sister in law got her room at 4:30pm. We did not get the rooms we had booked.

it is close to downtown so lots of restaurants and shopping is close by. Beautiful spot right on the lake front, unfortunately our room didn't have a lake view

parking was extra, $19 a night, and it was in a park-ade separate from the hotel

Location was great

Additional cost for parking, breakfast - stayed at a resort 35 minutes away last weekendAnd all was included with better amenities - don't know that I would stay again

Very nice hotel and a great location and access to the beach area.

To expensive . The parking is extra and comes at a steep price. $19.95 per day for parking.
