The owners were very nice, as they allowed the check-in time & date to change, as delays from the airline made my stay shorter than one would have liked.There is no breakfast available, but there are places within walking distance where you can get breakfast. However, the view was the best part of the location.

Nice property, spacious and with a kitchenette which was very convenient. Room was clean and stocked with what we needed. good for a short stay.

Great location, friendly receptionist, and quiet for the most part. Standard motel. Clean room and given the price of things these days it was a decent price point.
The AC is noisy so if you are sensitive to noise that may be a problem. I was ok with it but it is fairly loud. The smell is a little stale in the room but that’s not a problem for me it may be if you are sensitive to smells though

Room was clean, well appointed, but the furnishings are dated. Staff were welcoming.
Bed linens were clean, but in need of replacement; the top sheet was threadbare.
The greeting upon arrival from the gentleman in the office, excellent display of hospitality. Have stayed in many motels, even with a higher cost, the bigger chains as well and they don't come close to the cleanliness of the Evening Star. Excellent selection of television channels as well.

No place to hang clothes and the appliances were a bit out dated
Full size fridge, good shower, good a/c, comfortable bed. Host allowed us in the room 30 minutes early.
Sheets were clean, but everything else was grubby and the whole place needs a deep clean and some repairs. Gas stove was old and had through-metal corrosion on the cook top, which raised issues of safety.
The manager showed me the room which I super appreciated. The bed was comfy and the place had a neutral smell. The tv was big and had a lot of stations. Bigger than average hotel fridge and a coffee maker for the morning.
It was great, nothing to complain about.
Have stayed there many times and will again. Clean, quiet and convenient.
