Cleanliness & amenities. Very quite and no disturbances from any other occupants. Host is well aware of the guests requirements. Make you feel at home.

Need a mirror in the guest room for women to get ready after they shower. Help avoid spending more than their suggested time limit in the washroom area, due to multiple guests. Maybe put a curtain in the washroom as its open to the front entrance.
They refused to host child and they put that in hidden policy that you have to search. it must be clear at the beginning of reservation. The staff is rude, they was smiling while refusing to enter the house and I slept night with my child in car.
They canceled my online transaction,and asked for cash upon checkn in
The host was very accommodating in waking me at 6:30 a.m.
