Hilton Garden Inn Montreal Midtown

seemed new, beautiful rooms and lobby.

I was confused I booked the non free breakfast side of the hotel which did impact our budget for the trip.

The king bed room is facing a busy hiway so it's noisy in the night

Sink was too flat for easy draining/soap difficult to remove from dish comments

Very pretty room with a lot of stylish touches.

The door to the bathroom, although pretty, was hard to move and wouldn?t lock. Also, the parking was pricey and there was no pro bono breakfast.

Liked the location , pool and gym facility . Room was good and spacious . Basically liked all the amenities provided .

Wasn?t happy with the housekeeping , cause whenever we left the room wasn?t ever cleaned . Even after I called to change the linen as it was wet . It wasn?t .

When I booked it said breakfast included but it was only for homewood suites people. I was disappointed.

Centrally located but difficult to access

Every day for 4 days we needed to tell front desk to have the room serviced. Not knowing this unusual rule, the room was not cleaned, no towels, soap, coffee etc. Visa was charged $400 without explanation; we owe the hotel $60 for parking

Room was quiet, clean and the bed was great. If my personal bedroom was this nice and well-decorated, I'd be very happy.

The black out drapes needed more coverage.

Absolutely nothing was good. Location is in the middle of a very busy highway. They change prices to rooms. The staff and management is untrained in civility. There is rough and outdated housing complexes everywhere you go around the hotel. Parking is bad

Everything was bad. Entirely overpriced. Horrible experience. Stay downtown, old Montreal or at the airport instead of this overpriced hostel.

The location and the cleanliness. Friendly staff. Quiet. Parking has spots for larger vehicles.

Fitness equipment, access to freeways and convenient stores

Customer service was very poor. Very unprofessional attitude from restaurant staff when we showed up for breakfast, and similar carefree demeanor experience with staff at check in counter

Front desk staff distracted at checkout, leaving me feeling that they didn't care about my stay. Staff at other hotels provide much better customer experience. Also, there is a lack of restaurant options on someday (nothing on Monday nights).
