I really appreciate Leslie on the staff that answered a call at 1:00 a.m. and provided priceless information about transportation and tourist destinations. He is personable and professional!

State of the art hotel. Very professional and courteous staff. Had an excellent experience will definitely be back.

We have been travelling for a couple of weeks across America and Canada. This was the most modern accomodation we have stayed in but done in a very elegant way. The gym facilities have been the best out of all the 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Staff were incredibly helpful.

The pool the services

Absolutely good!

Although the room feels relatively small compared to the generous bathroom and toilet, the overall experience is very much in line with the Four Seasons standard.

The food was outstanding in this hotel. The meal at Marcus that we had was superb. Possibly our favorite meals during our stay. The hotel is exquisite, wonderful service, great comfort. Quiet luxury. Absolutely fantastic.

Our room was a little noisy night. Which is quite disappointing, but we were so comfortable. We were able to sleep and enjoy our stay.

1. breakfast 2. hotel has no normal hall 3. there was no cold water in the shower 4. left trousers in the room and wrote them a letter, they have not answered for three days.

Very attentive and clean

Mattresses are too soft, even when firmer is added. If you have spine problems they can exacerbate disc issues.

Very good location. Very spacious rooms. Amazing amenities for newborn babies. Breakfast and dinner at Marcus restaurant were excellent! Highly recommended

Like all Four Seasons it has a nice, minimalist decor and big, comfortable rooms. Good service.

I was made aware rather late (a couple of days before check-in) that the pool and sauna are in maintenance until the end of January. They kindly offered a room upgrade but that wasn’t really the point.

Staff was very friendly and helpful Room was very well appointed and comfortable. Marcus restaurant was great for a splurge dinner. However they need to have another mid price point alternative for breakfast and or lunch.The location is excellent. Lots of options within walking distance.

The pool and sauna were not available stating from January 5th. That absolutely should have been communicated with the reservation. If I had intended to use those facilities I would want some sort of compensation upon learning this on arrival aside from an apology letter in the room. This is a high end facility with price point to match so this was really not acceptable.

Everything, it’s not a normal four seasons. There’s a club/bar at the redemption, due to this from Thursday on moving in and out of the hotel is disastrous.

Great location, bright and clean, reception service is very professional yet personal

Restaurant service was a bit long,

Weekend brunch was exceptional. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. Room service food and staff were on point. Staff in general went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
