Pros +
- We had a great stay. The room was modern in it's furnishings while keeping it's historic feel. It was well equipped , including a fully outfitted kitchen. The location couldn't have been better, in the heart of the old city yet the room itself was quiet.
- Nice location, nice amenities, sweet croissants provided each morning, coffee pods in the room!
- The location was great, staff was super helpful, surrounding activities and meals were fabulous. We were told that our rooms would be affected by sound from the underneath winery and side roads - unless we really paid attention we couldn’t hear a peep.
Cons -
- Just a bit noisy cuz the recycling bins are right outside our suite.
- We couldn't get the heating to work properly so I texted and got an immediate response. A space heater was provided and that did the trick.
- Parking very expensive at parking lots close

The location and staff was all wonderful.
Just a bit noisy cuz the recycling bins are right outside our suite.
Check-in was easy-peasy with a code to enter the building and apartment. The apartment is within walking distance of a slew of great restaurants and tourist attractions including art galleries and museums. The kitchen was well-stocked and slippers and robes were provided in the room. The room is located above a cocktail bar but we only heard music in the bathroom and it wasn't loud. A particularly nice touch was the provision of fresh croissants every morning. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Location Easy check-inFriendly staffComfortable beds

Very nice little touches like slippers , popcorn bag, coffee pod. Super well located and it has everything you need :)
Best place to stay in old part of Town for a very reasonable rate. Nice rooms with lots of care and effort put into the experience.
Location was the main thing.
Parking is relatively far from room. Parking cost should be included with that room price.Breakfast should be included as well.I understand other guests actions aren't really a responsibility of the place, but it SHOULD be a sign (clearly visible on the main entrance), asking other guests : NOT to be making excessive noise while cleaning snow out of their shoes RIGHT NEXT to other guests doors at 3 am!!! People don't have common sense nowadays, but they could be reminded/EDUCATED about it with a sign asking for it.
I would best describe it as a cross between a hotel and Airbnb. I love that no one bothered me. Communication by text was great. But I didn’t have to fuss when leaving the way you do with Airbnb.
More coffee pods would have been great. Regular tv ( not Roku ) would have been nice for live local news/stations. Location wise it’s very nice except there’s no grocery store near by.
We loved the charm of the hotel, the comfort of the room, the size of the room with the separate sitting area and kitchen, the coffee and tea provided, the shower and the bath products. The neighbourhood is the most charming at this time of year with Christmas decorations all around.
There is more light needed over the sink to be able to do makeup. It was a little hard to get temperature down at night, so we opened the window and heard the nightly pick up of recycling.
LocationKitchenette with coffee/coffee maker
Busy corner in the morning- despite black out curtains
Location…..atmosphere… basic comfort…..furnishings……quiet
Tiny-ish….entry steps (uneven, no hand rails)….lack of used gathering space
Comfortable space, great location, close to ammenities and felt warm and comforting. Easy check in and appreciated the luggage storage.
No concerns.
We stayed 3 nights and loved the set up. The room was more like a small apartment. The kitchen had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. We had Instacart deliver some food - mostly snacks, fruit and drinks. But pots/pans/ dishes/ utensils were available. The location was perfect for walks around the neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, coffee shop, and stores. Dinner at William Gray Terrace Restaurant was a highlight. We also made use of the free laundry room before we left as we were starting a cruise. We would definitely stay here again.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
Cozy, fully equipped, great location; easy to communicate with staff felt personal;
A little bit dim, could use a bit more local lamps.
The location was great, the room was comfortable and clean.
The room was small and there isn’t any staff most of the time.
Location and roominess.
Bed was too soft.
The location, the amenities, the whole atmosphere and cleanliness.
Early morning noise near the window and many spiders at the door outside.
The location can't be beat if you want to explore Old Montreal on foot. The full kitchen allows for cooking your own meals, and the seating and bed are comfortable. Robes and slippers are provided.Additionally, communication is good. I was worried about parking and we were told exactly where to find reasonably priced, available parking.
Our only dislike was that the lighting for reading on the sofa wasn't very bright.
