The room and the staff were both great and accommodating.

Great value. Clean and comfortable. Nice beds and blankets and good water pressure in the shower. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location. Friendly concierge. The small things like quality toilet paper, the bathroom luxuries and comfortable bed made it a superbe stay in Montreal. Would book again for sure.

We booked a room that was supposed to fit five people, but there was not enough space to fit us all- the cot (5th bed) - would only fit in the room if it blocked the other bedroom door from openingThis is not a hotel - it’s a B&B type place There is insufficient space to even put five suitcases awayRoom was old and dated/ stains on the ceiling from water damage - overall not worthy of 3 star category. Clean but very dated and old and needs refurbishment. 2 star at best

No safety deposit box in my room (at least I was a domestic Canadian tourist w/o a passport), ragged The Shining-esque carpet on the entry staircase

Owner/ manager was very helpful in obtaining a taxi at 4am. Even got up to bring the driver to our room.Also knowledgeable on local eateries and places to go.

Area has a lot of homeless and beggars, but in all fairness all of Montreal that we saw had this issue.

Location is central - close to breakfast, cafes & groceries! The metro is a few short blocks away (& for us, Foufs Electroniques is close too!)

No elevator, so if you have luggage, prepare for a lot of stairs! We had unit 7, which was at the top, and we had to run the taps a few minutes before the hot water flowed (not a big deal), but the water pressure was great!

Very cute "studio" room in an interesting building and area with attentive local ownership. Walking distance to Mont Royal and McGill. Lots of activity.

Beds weren't great. Also seemed like a popular area for street people, though police seem to do a great job of keeping things safe.

Our studio was cleaned daily, was spacious and comfortable, and centrally located. Jonathan and Turgay are kind and responsive. Would stay again if we return to Montréal.

The studio smells faintly of wallpaper glue when you first walk in. It is located next to/on top of a wallpaper shop.

Proximity to downtown and metro, room was a suite, staff was very helpful and responsive

The parking area was a bit sketchy

Staff was welcoming and brought up bags. The room was spacious with a microwave. The bed was comfy.

Room smelled of smoke or something. The balcony was rusty and windows were facing loud street. No parking on site only street parking. Staff took down personal information and credit card numbers even though the stay was fully booked ahead of time.

Centrally located for walking everywhere, though the specific street was a bit gritty at times, though also filled with lots of students due to proximity to McGill.

Great value for money. Staff were very helpful & you can leave luggage after check out.Very clean & centrally located. You do pay for what you get, so if a more modern apartment and facilities is required then you wouldNeed to pay more. Photos are v accurate.

The 32 stairs to get from the street up to the check-in desk, and no elevator. Also, our room didn't have a closet.

The location was central, safe and overall great. I have seen a few reviews complaining about the homeless people on the same street. I think that is just racist and reeks of privilege. If you can’t stand the sight of underprivileged, homeless fellow human beings, then just stay at home and don’t travel.

They called me the day before the arrival asking what time I’d like to check in, and did everything they could to have the room ready on time! The hotel was very clean, staff very nice and you can tell the owner really cares about his guests.
