No toilet paper holder, no shower privacy or door, no way to turn on shower without getting in it first, bed too firm, code to open hotel room door was ridiculously long.

Location, the room was modern with a washer and dryer, full kitchen, very clean. Near all the sites we wanted to see, just lovely. The staff was A+! Will stay there again!

Nothing! It was the best in every way.

This hotel is a great location with every thing you will need for a nice stay. lots of restaurants and supply stores near by

for a long stay of more than three days, paying for coffee or maid service is a ridiculous thought

Didn’t have a champagne coming with it …only bottle of water most of the time when I take hotel with more than ; 4 stars rate they always give us a little extra service just for the night

Great location in Old Montreal - close to restaurants and transit. We liked having a kitchenette (oven, range, and microwave) and full-size washer/dryer.

Shower is a bit odd - glass surround that is open to the main part of the room. Would be a bit strange if traveling with kids.

The property was clean, comfortable and in a great location.

The property indicated that parking in parking lots and on street around the hotel was recommended. We parked in a lot less than a block from the hotel and our vehicle was broken into. The parking lot attendant said it happens all the time especially to cars with foreign plates. He said we should have parked in an underground lot. We spent the morning at the police department and finding ways to clean up all the glass and finding a temporary fix for the window so we could get home. In the process we forfeited a tour we had scheduled. We called the hotel and explained the situation. They apologized for the lack of important information and indicated they were going to look into some sort of compensation. We have heard nothing!!

The bathroom sink was in the middle of the room and the shower is not big enough

I loved that all the tools/facilities you could ever want were there - kettle, washing machine + dryer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, fridge + freezer, plates + cutlery, kitchen towels. Plenty of towels, clothes hangers, storage. It was all clean and the whole place smelled nice.

It was perhaps a little dusty in places but really nothing major.

The David Hotel was perfectly located for our holiday plans, the room was spacious and comfortable, amenities were exceptional, and the check in/out process was definitely convenient.

The property was beautiful and the room had everything that was necessary for a great stay.

The customer service was nonexistent. We were there for multiple days, where only 4 coffee capsules were provided. I contacted the company directly as it was requested, and i did not get a response at all. This wouldn’t be a problem if they had not woken me up with multiple texts and emails about being sure we check out on time. It just really rubbed me the wrong way, and without a front desk, it just concerns me about what would have happened if something worse had happened, It’s not about the coffee, but about the lack of communication. It would make me think twice about going back to Davi hotel, regardless of how great the space itself was.

I loved that it was self contained and had more than enough of everything needed to have an easy and comfortable stay. It was also in an excellent location to walk around and explore the old town on foot, which is exactly what I wanted.

The only issue was the loud buzzing of the cooler/fridge/freezer that happened every 10 minutes or so. The buzzing would only last about 10 seconds but was loud enough to affect sleep during the night.

I LOVED all the amenities the hotel provided, like the full kitchen and all its amenities and the washer/ dryer.

The shower area has no privacy. It was ok for us because I was with my husband, but it would be a problem for friends.

Everything! Loved how it had everything we could possibly need. From shampoo/conditioner, Netflix, a speaker, and even the tote bag. It was extremely clean and we loved the vibe. Also, the location could not be any better. Would stay again :)

The hotel itself is an experience! The room is big, super clean and comfy, has everything you need. The contactless self service works just fine and simple :)

Nothing to mention, the stay was perfect

Very spacious room equipped with everything you might need for a short stay. Conveniently located in Old Montréal near tourist attractions and great cafes.

Room was a bit weird. Shower had no privacy, what if it was a family, or random friends.

It was exactly as advertised. Easy to enter with codes and communication prior to arrival was great.

They give you 4 coffee pods and then you have to pay $2.50 after that. Not enough coffee for 2 people for a 3 night stay.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed the funky vibe of our room. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of appliances and utensils. The washer and dryer worked really well. And the location was great. It was exceptionally quiet and the only faces we saw were that of one other couple. The entire check in process is digital, so not even a receptionist to be seen.

Although the automated digital check in sequence was efficient, had I known my facial biometrics were going to be required right before check in I would have opted for another method. Not sure if this is the hotel’s requirement or Booking.com, but it was a huge turn off for me. And I really would have liked some kind of human contact from the company.
