The staff was welcoming, helpful and kind in their suggestions and balancing their busy schedule w making sure we enjoyed our first trip to Montreal

The toilet chamber was like an echo chamber. The open curtain design of the restroom vanities and soaking tub to the sleeping area contributed to the noise any time the toilet was utilized or flushed.

Location, modern rooms, excellent food and cocktails.

The room service wasn¿t great. Coffee drinks didn¿t taste good at all and we were given a used and opened ketchup jar. Bagels were very hard and dry. . Also the water cooler near the elevators hadn¿t been refilled overnight and water was all over table

Advertized on the internet that there was a nightclub... False advertising, the nightclub has been closed for months which should be put on their site. This was one of the main reasons we opted to stay there. Bar overpriced.

The room was a little cold while I was staying there and it isn't clear on how to use the thermostat but other than that everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay there again!

Lorsque j'ai reserve une chamber à l'internet, je n'avais pas remarqué que la connection internet n'était pas incluse et que le coût était en dollar américain. C'est une bonne difference au niveau du budget.

The location was great. Loved the modern concept of the whole Hotel especially the rooms. The lounge on the second floor is a lot of fun.

The customer was service was not the greatest. In our room there were dirty cups and vodka in the martini shakers which we assumed was there from the previous guests.

The staff is what other hotels should aspire to be compared to.

They are remodeling some of the older decor so it was a sore eyes

The food quality and service was great. Service with a smile, fresh food and hot. I really enjoyed my experience.

Arrival was a little challenging. There was no parking in the front of the hotel and the snow made it tough to get in with out getting luggage dirty.

Location is good, nice area of the city to walk from. Staff were very friendly

Parking was an issue. We couldn’t control car access ourselves it had to be by the Valet but with our dog we wanted the ability to park ourselves.

Is was very clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly. We give this resort a 10 out of 10!

The bathroom did not have a ventilator. Also, our room was not cleaned although we left the room for shopping at 11AM and asking the front desk to have it cleaned.

Location was great and the rooms were clean.The staff was lovely and the restaurant downstairs was excellent!

I was with my family and it's a bit of a younger vibe in the lounge at night.
