Big room that fit 3 adult girls comfortably. Location was great.

Could have had better room clean up but overall good.

No grab bars to get into very dangerous shower, no towel bars to hang towels. Room cleaners very inconsistent with replenishing towels, coffee, shampoo

The hotel is a throwback to the glamorous days of the 1930's. The rooms are well appointed, the baths were luxurious and we were overall pleased with the hotel itself. It is located 2 blocks from the crowds of Old Montreal which is nice.

We were extremely upset when we witnessed the valet hit a car while attempting to park another car. Upon inspection we discovered that our own car was damaged both in the front and rear bumper.The hotel offered to not charge the $40 per day parking fee.

They helped me get in and out of the building that had stairs with my walker by carrying it. They did have a map of the area. They had a small selection of tea bags since we aren¿t coffees drinkers. Didn¿t like - the elevator was dimly lit.

the toilet was too low the tub was very deep and there was no handrail they didn¿t have a bathmat or treads on the bottom of the tub the pillow was too thick and gave me a backache. They didn¿t have a thinner pillow. they didn¿t have a concierge

I liked the location but was not happy with the service upon entering hotel. No ramp for luggage and very heavy doors with difficulty opening door and bringing luggage through. There was a stale smell in the elevator. Perhaps removing carpeting

Quiet & clean with plenty of room. Bed was comfortable. Service was good.

Workout facility was small and not well ventilated.. Elevators were small and dimly lit. Could use more lighting. And the safe in the room for valuables failed to work.

The room was not clean. There were stains on the sheets and the floor had dirt and dust as if it was not vacuumed. The acoustics was horrible - could hear all the noise from the hall. The staff was not too nice and when I complained about this.

The room was very small for a 4 star. The layout was awkward and not functional. Biggest disappointment was that the room was not ready and clean the 2nd night - missed towels,soap, coffee cups, and even a used coffee KCup (other's) in the coffee machine.

Great location in Old Montreal, 3 minutes walk to the Metro for exploring other parts of the city. Despite the bustle of Friday and Saturday night life, it was nice that our room facing McGill street was quiet.

extra amenities in the room, ie towels, shampoos, lotions and wine glasses for the bar...ipod/ipad docking station missing and no movie on demand channel.

When I booked this trip, it was a surprise for my girlfriend. They website accidentally booked me in twice for 2 rooms, they wouldn't refund me for the extra room that they charged me. Service was abysmal.

Room was smaller than th picture. The elevator is very slow an outdated only 12 floor yet somehow a 4 min elevator wait time.

Location was fantastic for visiting Old Montreal. Good service when we asked for anything.

Had to call housekeeping twice for more towels (they kept leaving only 2 and there were 3 in our room. They didn't dust during our 4 night stay - phone, tv, nightstand were dusty.

The location was great. Very convenient walking in Old Montreal. Good access to restaurants and sight seeing.

The hotel was dark-black hallways and pink neon lights above each door. The room floor was dirty. A broken drinking glass under plastic display in the bathroom, tiles around the tub had fallen off and were laying on the floor. Hair on shower walls.

Great location and good/helpful/attentive staff. Great bathroom. Comfy bed and window that opened to allow for some fresh air.

Room was very small and virtually no seating other than desk chair or lying on the bed.

Terrific staff. Excellent restaurant. Convenient to the convention center and Centre Bell.

The location was great. It is walking distance to just about everything. The staff were very friendly, helpful and bilingual which is essential if you don't understand French. I even enjoyed the dark walls in the halls and low lighting.

Valet parking.

The room was nice. They let us check in early. The internet and business station worked well. Taxi stand near by. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Black hallways ? I guess they wanted to be hip, but I am not sure about it. I didn't have a car. There was not a lot to do in the area without doing some walking. Pricey.
