Clean, modern, fun vibe, great location within walking distance of the metro and the port

The rooms are a bit on the small side

The hotel was gorgeous, staff were very professional and friendly. The restaurant meals were incredible. We loved the location and its proximity to downtown. We will be back for sure!

Room could have been a bit roomier and the price is high.

Terrific, quality hotel in the center of activities. Roof top pool, roof top bar, enormous room, very comfortable beds. Pleasant staff.

Beautiful contemporary design nicely appointed with well chosen art…the room had a great shower, Nespresso coffee machine…very comfortable bed, etc!Plus there was a nice… but shallow outside, heated pool on a terrace on the 9th floor…

The service was terrible. The hotel smells awful and the quality of air in the room was terrible we had to ask to change the air filters and as for a humidifier.They gave us the wrong room and the. They didn’t have the one we reserved

Waits for elevator. Only two available which might have been enough for guests, but with non guests going to the outside facilities on the 9th floor there often were delays. Not one drawer in room so had to store most clothes in suitcases, but there was a closet to hang some items.

Both sides of dining room had good views. Servers of coffee could have been more frequent! And bananas would have been great but the yogurt bowl was delicious!

Unfortunately there are much better options all very near the same location for considerably less. So in terms of value it’s not really up there.

I am a Marriot Bonvoy member. While the Valet service and staff were professional and excellent, the rest of the staff were not. The Front Desk staff were underwhelming to hostile and the dining options insufficient for our needs. Impossible to get meals at off times, the restaurant closed at 10 on a Friday evening--is this a destination or not? And when we tried to get a late night drink before 12 noon, they claimed to be closed while people were drinking inside. I have stayed at other Autographs in the US where the service met or exceeded expectations. Unfortunately the Humaniti Montreal operates more like a 3 star, even though the property is beautiful and central. For that reason it is overpriced. I would rather pay slightly more for Hotel Birks or Fairmont-QE where the service is excellent at all times and in all areas of the hotel.

Front Desk staff is rude and unhelpful.

- Room was quite dusty on arrival - there seemed to be some kind of air con unit in my room which was very loud throughout the day and night

We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great — easy walking distance to a lot of the main tourist spots and there were plenty of shops around too. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, with lots of good options to choose from.The staff were helpful as well — they held our luggage for us before check-in and after we checked out, which made things a lot easier. There’s also a bakery and a really good restaurant right inside the building, which was super convenient. Overall, we had a really good stay.

Not really a criticism, but if I had to mention something, the in-room dining menu could have been a bit more comprehensive, especially considering how many great choices the hotel restaurant had. After a long day out, it would have been nice to have a few more options available to enjoy in the room. That being said, this definitely isn’t a complaint or anything that ruined the stay — just a small thing that would have made an already great experience even better.
