Griffintown Hotel

I liked the room, full kitchen, very clean, and the front desk was very nice.

It was a little noisy due to trains passing by but I didn't think it was a big deal.

I loved everything about my suite; the quality of the room, the view from the floor-to-ceiling window was really nice & the bed was comfortable. I felt like moving in permanently. Can I?? :)

I found a space on the wall behind the hand mirror was 'chipped' you might want to look into it. Room 307. Other than that, everything was to my liking.

Comments about our recent stay. This was our 3rd time staying @ the Griffintown Hotel. Our 2 bedroom apartment had a nice layout. However it lacked thorough cleaning. There was mold around the shower caulking, the two area rugs are filthy, the couch seating cushion zipper was broken, the lint basket in the dryer was filthy with black specks ? (I cleaned it with soap and water) & the condition of the pots and pans need attention. Handles are loose and need repair which could have been a hazard. Lots of basic kitchen tools & dish cloth linen missing. We constantly had to go to the reception to get daily supplies such as coffee, trash bags. Two employees stood out: Emilie & Kelvin. They were pleasant and helpful to deal with. Others not so much!Recommendation to improve comfort in units: install hooks at the entrance & in bathroom. Housekeeping should have a checklist to make sure all basic supplies are available in the units.

The space in the two bedroom was exactly what we needed. Parking on site was convenient but note it comes at a cost. Allow dogs.

Location was great. The walk to Old Montreal easily managed. Quiet room. Kitchen well stocked with wares.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for walking to downtown and old Montreal. Staff were very helpful. Underground parking was extra but well worth it.

The location is TOP! The appliances are in excellent condition and very convenient to use. The gym option is cool!

We liked the spaciousness of the apartment. The location next to the canal is very nice. It has everything you need and enough to be comfortable.

We didn't like the fact that the balcony didn't have curtains, so everything was visible. We asked for toilet paper, but they didn't have it at the time. They promised to bring it to us, but they didn't. Otherwise, no problem.

Quiet room, check in was smooth. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, lots of utensils etc. Appliances like iron, hairdryer, washer dryer provided. Subway and bus stops within walking distance. Rooms were clean and comfortable and shower was great.

Floor was a bit dusty, feels like they are vacuuming them but not mopping. There is no daily room cleaning. The 5 days I was there nobody came to clean my room.

Great views, super convenient location, very clean and comfortable. Great to have kitchen, washer & dryer. Two-bathroom, two-bedroom suite perfect for us. Good espresso machine was a pleasure.

Management didn't have extra blankets. Bar hours were limited. No cable TV.

Location was perfect . Super close to transport and walking distance to downtown . Lots of cafés/restaurants/grocery and studios /gyms nearby

The parking unfortunately for 38$ a day was the only unfortunate part.

I think it is a big problem that you cannot make the payment through booking. When you go there, they physically ask for your credit card. Your online credit card loaded on your phone is not valid. They do not accept cash. They only ask for your credit card physically and accept it. Payment should be made through booking. Also, the parking fee is too expensive. Different alternatives should be offered in this regard.
