The manager and her staff were absolutely wonderful and so kind to me after I got stranded due to a car issue. They went above and beyond with my accommodation and finding me help to get me back on the road. The hotel itself was absolutely lovely and comfortable, really thankful for my experience! here!!
Clean and fresh
Second door to parking lot. It gets draftee
Loved the grab and go breakfast as we were attending the local dog show and were very rushed in the mornings.
Larger refrigerator with a door on the freezer section; freezer capacity was too small and food below it froze. Don’t care for the pet fee; we are exceptionally careful with showdogs and hotel rooms!
The front counter staff were great.
Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable
Friendly front staff. Good choice of pillows. Comfortable bed. We liked the inside/outside access to our room.
Breakfast was simple, nothing special about it.Room was quiet and tidy, nothing exceptional.
Too many people lingering by the doorways. Made us feel uncomfortable while loading and unloading our vehicle.
Nice staff, clean room, comfortable bed and pillows.
People on staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The grab and go breakfast was very good.Room was quiet and temperature was on the number.
Out door stairs
Rooms were accessible from outside. However the only one available room available was facing the court yard. My husband had mobility issues and had a hard time walking far. The staff was very kind and helped him to the room. Carried some of our items for us.
The way to get to the parking spot in front of the room was on a hill. Rather difficult to access our items. Hard to stand.
Pets allowed, attached restaurant and nice staff
Outdated, not really dirty but not clean either.
Easy room access on main floor.
Furniture was old, stained chair, old carpeting, old bathroom. No breakfast, bag only.
Exceptional
Person in the next room left his truck running outside room ALL night. It was still running when we left at 5:30AM
Not what I usually eat. Location was good.
The price of the room. Was a tad high.
It's half a motel, so being able to park outside of the room is nice. Especially when it takes more than a trip to get all of your stuff in the room.
The included breakfast was a bag/grab and grow breakfast, pre-made jimmy Dean sandwiches.
Quick would have preferred a restaurant Selection was not really geared for breakfast
Extremely noisy. Large groups in the courtyard. Very noisy
