Featuring a 10,000 square-foot gaming lounge and a choice of exciting dining options, this Kingston resort is just 1969 feet from the historic Devon House. Free Wi-Fi is also provided. The luxurious and spacious suites offer elegant décor, flat-screen TV and work desk. All come with a refrigerator and coffee maker, as well. The Regency Room serves fine dining among crystal chandeliers and piano music. Guests of Terra Nova are welcome to enjoy the ceramic hot tub and outdoor pool. - Clean and the staff is wonderful.
- Location decor restaurant staff excellent
- Staff was friendly and ensured I was ok
Cons -
- No TV accessibility! They were in the process of changing/fixing there cable system. No information received prior or at check-in. They apologized but that was all.
- Front desk staff were unfriendly and not accommodating even complaining about replacing room keys overall reception staff below standard in decorum and mediocre
- All was good.
