Location, easy to catch buses right there, landscape, quiet, food , staff

No complaints, problems or issues

The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and felt like home. The courtyard was breathtaking and had a peaceful feeling.

Great customer service and food on site is also very good. A few steps from the beach.

The man who checked us in was so nice and personable! RO water available for asking in the main house (we're water snobs). We asked for a pitcher of ice RO water to take back to the room with us and they were happy to oblige. AC cooled the room quickly.

Hotel is very dated. Ceiling and wall sections were coming off in the bathroom. Safe was inoperational. Water out of the tap was disgusting enough that we couldn't brush our teeth with it so we used the RO water from the main building.

As a woman traveling alone, I did not feel safe in my room. The sliding door lock did not work and the only lock to the entry door was a small chain that simply dropped into a whole under the door knob.

This hotel is quiet and has been around for years. If you take the jitney downtown for a few dollars you will be so happy to be back to peace and quiet at the end of your day.

Staff was very nice and helpful, location was great for airport and was nice and quite there. Theres a pretty over look of the ocean also.

Needs some serious updating and repairs. Our room # 28 the door had huge gaps on the bottom and the side becouse it was way out of square, and we killed 3 huge cock roaches in the 6 nights we were there.Room was clean so i think they got in through door.

Hotel is in a good location for diving at Stuart Coves and a national park that is great for snorkeling from the beach. Hotel has an ok beach but it’s across the road so there are no lounge chairs

Small rooms but reasonably priced. Food was very good but a little pricey. No beach chairs.

I liked nothing about this hotel and will not stay there ever again!

Hotel is one step above a roach motel, way to basic for the price you pay; no coffee in room, housekeeping was dismal, and hotel management did not have any concern over the fact that there was a loud pool party going on until midnight!

The location: picturesque, green, very close to the airport,5min, but Not noisy at all. Beautiful beach on the doorstep.great connection with Nassau. Water, tea and coffee avail.for free all day.Caring owners

Loved everything!but Not good for people who love night life. They need to travel 25 to Nassau

The location is awesome. Far away from the madness of Nassau, quiet, and a beautiful view. Close to cable beach and real Calypso music. The staff was nice, they had to make some changes to the room but it was done in good cheer.

We arrived right after Matthew and they still didn't have power and the building behind had been severely damaged by the hurricane. In any case I thunk hey did ral well given the damage!

It was close to the airport. The staff and the service we recieved was great! The little restaurant downstairs was quaint and the food was pretty good too . It was kind of like a mom and pop's style . We had great taxi service early in the morning too !

The room wasn't the greatest. I found a few hairs in the bed and the bathroom walls were dirty and so was the toulet paper holder . It could have been cleaner .

The manager was SO rude. He would not let us ask questions. He shouted at us to let him finish 'his speech' before we could speak. He was condescending and ruined the whole stay for us. The Wi-fi was only in the reception and not in the room.

Leaving and checking out. The folks were very nice. No animosity but its not the type of place that my kids or family would make as a destination.

Most of It. Price was right since I missed my Flight but wouldn't stay there with my wife and Kids-they 'd kill me!

stayed twice, on way in and out. on way in had standard room, was OK. on return stay had a duplex cottage. very old and decrepit, aircon was very loud in bedroom. food was fine at their dining room.

Great place! I got the exact room I asked for, and it was peaceful and relaxing. Being close to the airport was super convenient. Even though it was just a quick overnight stay, I really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

Had an absolutely enjoyable 3-night stay. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable with lovely view of the sea and surrounding gardens. Staff was warm and helpful. Delicious meals at restaurant were reasonably priced.

We were in Cottage 1. We had a close-up view of the ocean from our balcony. We decided to stay here based on the photos and reviews from this site.

Cottage 1 could use a dresser or two and more/brighter lights in the main room. That is a minor thing.
