- There was no attendant on duty available to help when our toilet clogged and no plunger. Also, there was a roach in the room.
- We were there two days and Unfortunately , the hot water heater broke before we arrived and was not repaired until after we leave it

Only the location was good. Nothing about the place is good. I won't even rate at one star...¿¿
It was awfully durty. Even leftover pizzas under the bed. No one at the front desk. towels are so small that are only to dry your hands and do give u only per person, refused to provide more or clean. The towels are all stain heavens knows with what!
