Quality Inn Sheridan

Staff was very friendly and worked diligently to keep the breakfast buffet clean and well stocked: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes,, waffles. Room and bathroom neat and clean.

Was being renovated our room was supposedly non smoking but smelled like smoke

Fees to check in anytime before three even then front desk acted like it was an issue

It was not very clean, yes they were renovating, new rooms had hard floors, they?ll need to clean them better, things at the breakfast kept running out, only one staff member, she seemed annoyed that we kept asking for things, definitely could be better.

The bathrooms were clean.

No ajoining rooms, Strangely sized pillows with no extras available, The carpet needed cleaning.

the room was ok the Hot Tub in it was dirty I cleaned it myself there was no wash clothes or face towels housekeeping was in the hall way so i was able to get them asked for another two towels they never did arrive

The room was dirty, dirt on the floor, urine on the toilet seat. The rear door to the building did not lock.

It felt dark and dreary and had a bad smell.

The gal working it he desk and breakfast area was so helpful and nice.

The bathroom was small . I had a broken foot. Could not get in tub

Large room and air conditioner worked well.

Bathroom light was out. Told front desk¿ nothing was done. Jet tub in bathroom had pink mold around all of the jets. Hotel needs elevator for older guests. We are older and have knee issues. Hauling luggage up steps was difficult. No help was offered.

Dog friendly and very clean. Good breakfast dog fee of 15.00 dollars per dog but way better than a Motel 6. Close to freeway and food and gas. Very safe.

The staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. I really loved the hard surface floor in the room so there was no dirty carpet. The towels were fluffy and bright.

I think there was a 300 pound canary on the second floor that trompted around looking for bird seed until about midnight. Nothing the hotel could have done about it but maybe guests could be a little more considerate of other guests.

The check-in staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfy. No complaints regarding cleanliness.

The thin walls, the window wasn't locked and we couldn't lock them. AC was very loud.

I have 2 dogs....I clean up after....I am very particular about this topic....my 1 dog made a mess on the floor in room. I cleaned it up but after it was cleaned I asked for a cleaner and rag for a final clean...they had no problems and Thanked me

Checking in, this 1 clerk was rude. I was a bit early after getting 2 hours sleep and driving 8 hours. She almost got slapped. And it's 15 per pet per night not 10.
