Beautiful view (west facing room) great location.

Horrible run down. Not updated. Falling apart. No hot water. Dirty as hell!

It used to be super clean but as time goes on so does the lack of cleaning. Table broke,stains on all the furniture,missing toilet paper holder and someones bathing suit hanging on bathroom door.

Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Very comfortable, fits bed.

The shower head needs replaced. It was falling apart, you couldn't adjust it at all. The refrigerator never got cold, even after all night, the drinks were not cold. We turned it to as cold as it would go.

Bed was too hard for my liking, they didn¿t put a filter holder for the coffee pot so I could make coffee

The hotel room had space. It was easy to get to from I90. The pool and hot tub were very clean and nice.

The refrigerator in our room did not work. The hot tub was not available until 9 PM for some reason. The hot breakfast was not kept up and had to ask for items.

The location was helpful as it is close to the interstate. The free breakfast was excellent with a lot of nutritious choices.

Our room heater had a problem during the night, so our stay became less than desirable. The staff showed adequate concern when we reported it to them in the morning.

Really nice room. Served a limited hot breakfast. We were not told when we checked in that cleaning of the room is not done for multiple night stays.

We were not told that you had to ask to have your room cleaned.

We stayed 2 nights. They cleaned the room next door but not ours. The morning we checked out we had no towels for showers, were completely out of toilet paper, & the trash was overflowing. We did have trouble with our cards getting into the room & bldg.

We stay there every year because my husband does the MS150 ride. They always give us a late check out time so he can finish the ride and get a shower before we head back home. We usually don't have any complaints about this place.

The hallways on the 2nd and 3rd floors were extremely hot, while the lobby was extra cold. The hotel ran out of toilet paper. A message from our maid stated "I hope this partial roll can last you until tomorrow". There were 3 of us staying in the room.

Nothing was very disappointing it was suppose be this nice Hilton but wasn't at all

Everyone and everything there was horrible It took them 3 days just get the trash out of her our room. My grandkids were looking forward going swimming and we were told during when pool was suppose to be opened it was closed for maintenance

It was very cold when we arrived. We were pleasantly greeted and we were soon in our room. The grandkids enjoyed hot chocolate and swimming. The breakfast was delicious. It was very nice!! Thank you!

Fastest check in I've ever experienced. No delays, no snags, prompt service.

That I could count on a clean comfortable bed in a place I'm not familiar with.

Price. There were less expensive options that would have been just as adequate for half the price.

The desk clerk that met us the first night was very cold and acted very bothered that we were there.

Great hotel, even better staff

The sheets were dirty; they had stains on them(brown stains). I didn't notice til the morning when I woke up, but they had obviously not been changed from the previous tenant. Also when I went down to grab some breakfast a maid ( or someone) hadbeen in my room. I did not check out for at least another hour.
