Inn at Snowshoe

Clean, close to Dollar General, Snowshoe, and gasoline.

Clean quiet peaceful.... Not a dumping place for illegal migrants unlike some chain hotels...

The price and location were great. The tub and pool were very clean and well kept.

This didn't matter to us but the hotel decor is outdated but still clean and efficient.

Clean, friendly staff. Good location if you are travelling in the area and don't need to go to the top of the mountain.

Very dated. Not enough electric outlets. No free or paid breakfast or even a coffee maker in the room. And I strongly object to the practice of quoting an extremely low rate and then adding a "hotel fee" or "resort fee". The total rate was reasonable

I had to leave a day early and they wouldn't refund me for the night.

The staff and the hotel were amazing everything was spotless clean above way above our expectations and the front clerk went above and beyond making our stay with our family very very special we will definitely be going back soon

The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had been updated. Staff was friendly.

They did not have a coffee maker in the room, or coffee anywhere in the building! We had to go across the street to get coffee. First thing in the morning we like coffee. Did not like having to get all bundled up and walk across street.

Location and cost

I had been here a couple of times in the past and they always had breakfast and that is one of the reasons I liked staying there. Was a great cost for value. Right near the slope and got to eat a good meal before skiing all day.

Description led us to believe on-site restaurant was still in operation. It is not.

ran out of hot water the second night. did not complain to mgmt as i was tired and it really was not a big deal.

No WIFI in rooms, just in LOBBY?

The rooms are a great value and it's an easy drive to The Top of the World parking lot. There's a 15 minute limit to unload your gear at the base if you wish to rent a locker. It doesn't get an easier. Almost as convenient as ski in ski out lodging.

The first night I was on lower level. Kids above me made way too much noise 'til 3:00 AM. I phoned the front desk. The noise level remained the same. I moved to an upstairs room on the far end of the building. The next two nights were quiet.

Wow! What a great Deal, a comfortable room, four day passes for resort activities, a pool with three hot tubs, and breakfast each morning for $50.00. My family will definitely be back.

We stay 3 nights in this hotel, trash was empty daily but bathroom floor WASN'T sweep all 3 days. I saw some mouse discharge under the toilet, dresser drawer smells bad, wifi works only in lobby aera, breakfast Friuts was old and coffee was bad.

Due to a power outage, we were forced to stay at another hotel.

It was not the hotel I reserved. The staff said it was an upgraded hotel but there was no pool, only one bed, and no hotel staff could be found in the building where they put us.

Had a nice pool but needs a little upkeep. Deck could stand power washing and one of the 3 hot tubs was out of order.Our room on first floor had a few "slab" ants in bathroom but did not appear anywhere else in room.t

The price of the hotel was great. I did not expect the experience to be great, but just wanted to find the cheapest place to stay in the area.

We only stayed for 2 nights. There was no wifi the first night and most of the next day. This is UNACCEPTABLE. They later got wifi working.

rooms were clean and warm. The shuttle to the mountain was always on time and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was subpar just biscuits and gravy every morning and cereal. The wifi is only available in the public areas. No cell service if you use any carrier other than AT&T.
