Since it is a condo there was no maid service. We did not know that going in. If maid service was available we were not made aware how to ask for it. We had no problems thankfully to need it.

Excellent location atop Snowshoe mountain. We stayed in a Jr. Deluxe room. It was small but the room was clean, bed and fold-out couch were comfortable. We did add eggshell padding to the couch. Staff was very helpfulittle.
Nothing negative to say. An overall fabulous weekend of spring skiing.
Location and rooms exceeded my expectations.
No hospitality. Front desk is a couple buildings away. And, if you may have a request, it will be denied. Not a big deal to me. Such as when I checked out I was still going to ski for the day. So, I asked if they could hold backpack. Nope $10 locker!
Proximity to the ski slopes and restaurants. Also, Kitchenette was very useable and nicely equipped.
Nothing other than the platform bed sleeps a bit on the hard side but was acceptable.
