Quality Inn & Suites Kearneysville - Martinsburg

WiFi was terrible, signal didn't reach my room so I had the room changed. Didn't help much, the WiFi was ridiculously slow and constantly buffering. Paint was peeling off the room doors and jambs. General filth. Shady characters hanging around the hotel.

The room and haway were very musty smelling. The fitness room had no cable hook up and this no tv. Room provided coffee set up but no machine.

Hotel is not maintained dark rooms ,dirty chair on second floor at end of hallway looks like somebody died in it, rooms have putty holes all over no cleaning staff the manager has to clean all rooms a lot of seedy people hang around front and back

The room was nice. Staff was friendly.

On the website it says they have an indoor pool and a hot tub. It does not have either one.

The outside appearance

This place was perhaps one step above a homeless shelter. The room needed a total rehab. Too many broken things to mention. I am asking for a total refund

The roaches. The people who lived there year round. The drug smells

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Phone line in my room didn't work so the overnight auditor called my cell # from the hotel phone (not the computer) for my very early wake-up call. Three cheers for the Staff! Pretty quiet for a Fri nite

Maybe the roaches or the fact they called to cops on us, trespassed us and refused a refund after they gave us disrespect after asking for help because another resident was harassing us one staff also tried to physically assault us

Loction

Dirty and in disrepair, from the broken front door, to the urine smelling carpet and poor quality generic breakfast this is a low quality, quality inn.

Coffee

Stayed for a month. Was told by front desk clerk we could stay in one room with number of people. Next morning was told by manager had to book 2 rooms for a number of people or lose the money for the room we booked for a week. Employees smoking marijuana

Comfortable bed, decent breakfast, quiet, carpeted floors

The location is perfect - close to work. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I stay here often.

Location was good for what I needed the room for. Price for the room was VERY reasonable. Location was quiet, despite being close to a main road. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

One of my bath towels had what looked like tar on it. Strange that room had an iron, but no ironing board. Vending machine had very low supply of product in it, and only took cash.

Good location to Martinsburg, more rural, less city noise. Close to VA Hospital.
