- the front desk, wholly made our rating a perfect 10. We had a glitch with our reservation and were frazzled. She remained composed, and relentlessly achieved a resolution.

- Grout in bathroom needs cleaned or changed to dark matching color. A few mold spots in shower needs cleaned attention. Our first night was so noisy all night long.
