Location was convenient for my needs

The "manager" was incredibly rude and hateful. She was more concerned about being right and show casing her perceived control instead of actually listening. She stole from my elderly, disabled father and made him feel terrible. Shame on her.

Clean and very friendly staff.

The hotel is older but extremely clean.

The beds and pillows were excellent. The only drawback was only 2 pillows per bed were provided. 1 or 2 more would have been very nice.

The breakfast was very limited and disappointing.

Clean, pet friendly, staff is friendly.

I only stayed one night. Everything was good. Would recommend for travelling with pets.

The bed by the window was broken and was about ready to fall over. The room had a awful dirty smell to it , like urine and a very musty moldy smell. The rug had terrible stains on it. The curtains were dirty all over.

The breakfast was a joke and the room it was in was soooo small. Most closets are bigger than the bathroom. No elevator, only stairs

Very little road noise heard

No elevator. The young lady who checked me in said my room # out loud when she handed me my key cards and there were other guests present who could hear my room number as well. Safety concerns...

Quite room, clean enough.

A very clean hotel. The staff were very nice. There was a small gift bag provided with water, chips etc. Good value for the price

The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and gave a good impression right away.

Front doors didn?t work and had to be let in by prying the automatic doors apart. The handicapped parking spaces were where the snow plow dumped all the plowed snow. Kinda dumb

The night clerk was wonderful. Helped us get food on a snowy night and was otherwise helpful and cheerful.

Very spartan. Breakfast buffet particularly disappointing.

The staff was friendly. The sheets were fresh and the beds were comfortable. The pillows were amazing. The hotel is pet friendly!

The bathroom was a little outdated but nothing that caused an issue.

Room came with a fridge and a microwave. Clean but dated. Breakfast was simple.?cereal, toast, bagels, boiled eggs, yogurt, bananas and waffles. Location was quiet yet convenient. It had a gym but lacked a stationary bike. Would stay again.

It was a right distance away to stop for the night from where we started

The hotel window was missing a seal and leaked wind and rain into the room

Bathroom door did not work. Trash under furniture. Cleaning not good. No cable TV.

Hotel employee was most helpful. The kitchen lady was helpful and kept all well stocked. Appreciated the breakfast. Shower water pressure was good.

No elevator. The sofa and chairs on the second floor were really dirt and in poor condition. Poor impression and would not sit on it.

It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and efficient.
